Few years back he noticed I had an issue with the membrane on my retina and sent me to a specialist who did surgery to improve it

He saw how nervous I was about the procedure, so he told me a joke to try and relax me, I really did appreciate that.

My appt. was at 9:15 told to come by 9:00. Arrived @ 8:48, got in almost immediately. Technician was Leslie, very good, took me to waiting room,sat there until 9:45 after asking where Dr. was I was put in his room. He was very good and apoligized for the delay. I really think I was put in a back reception room and they forgot about me. Happy with Dr. not happy with having to wait so long.

Dr Strittmatter put me at ease right away. He was professional and confident. More than that he took time to explain how my eyes worked. He listened to my concerns and gave me practical advice. I really appreciated his fresh knowledge and everything he said about my dry eyes made perfect sense. I walked away with hope for my longstanding eye problems.
