My experience with Dr Strittmatter was excellent, but new patients need to have more online access to information about him before scheduling an appointment. There are only two patient reviews and no information about years of experience, etc. Only education facts are given. This is disappointing.

I was impressed with him and with the first lady who did my peripheral field examination, but less with the woman who did the visual field examination. She at first did not seem to want to take the time to fill out the information on a wallet card for me, and sighed, but then did it when I said they have in the past.

When I told him I couldn’t see the chart with my left eye, he didn’t comment. Looked at my eyes and told me my eyes didn’t change from last year. Told me he will see me next year

I was so impressed with his nurse, by the name of Baily on my 3/4/24 appointment, that I took a picture of her badge in case of a survey and I believe the young lady that stayed after hours, yesterday to schedule my next appointment was Melissa. If I was their boss, I would give both of them, and Dr Strittmatter a raise!

Doc is great! No problems with him, but seemed to wait for appointment to start and between assistant and doc himself. If that was necessary for eye drops to take affect, that should be communicated to me.
