Administration/ schedulers need to ensure she can keep an appointment or two open for patients with immediate needs or emergencies . They could also have a wait list in event of a cancellation. Please do not book her so tight and overdo it . Do not want to have her quit SSM

Your X-ray technicians need to be a little gentler when doing X-rays. Didn’t help very much. The doctor could have a little more bedside manners, not very personable, but a good doctor.

Again, very Professional, Compassionate and made my visit Endurable along with the Doctir's RN. They put me at ease for the Procedure I was there for and made my Experience one I would recommend to someone else who may be in need of the same Procedure. Thank you both!! Martie

Again not very personable! Seemed to be in a hurry and was rude. When asking a question, her response was”I told you”
