Hard to get an appointment and Hard to get answers. I am just so tired out from no sleep and one doctor passing on to another with no answes

Poor at communicating via My chart or responding to messages left with the nurse regarding side effects of antibiotics prior to procedure. Was cold and did not explain things well during or after procedure.

You had ordered a urine test on Thursday morning when i came to appointment there. Results, which i assumed indicated UTI, were in mychart on Friday afternoon. Initial contact, Monday morning with your office was a bit disappointing.I'd driven to Fond du Lac Pain Management knowing I may not be able to complete my scheduled service. They needed immediant answer regarding urine results, as I was scheduled for a procedure at pain management that couldn't be performed if I had UTI. Dr Salter wasn't in - office staff indicated she would try to find someone else to look at my test but couldn't say if or when that would be. In the end pain management found an internist to prescribe meds and procedure was postponed. However, later in the day your office prescribed meds, also. Luckily, Dr Glod, who was in the loop, directed me, via my chart, to take your meds and discard meds prescribed by Pain Management. I continued to check my chart for a message from urology, as that would have cleared things up. Eventually I didn't get a voicemail that informed me there was meds waiting for me at my Pharmacy. Likely was just a set of circumstances that is rare and overall, I'm very happy with all my providers at ssm!

She needs to be sat down and receive coaching, counseling and guidance. Her approach is not desirable and if she can understand that and change her approach with different customers, with her knowledge she possibly could be successful. Learning patience with two ears and one mouth could help her too.

Making a formal complaint. Disappointing that this doctor showed a lack of care and compassion. I did not feel she listened and rolled her eyes. I asked her not to do that and that my only concern was my Dad and getting him the care he needs. Will not recommend her to any other patients. She didn’t care because my Dad was elderly and came from the nursing home. His needs and care were basically ignored.

This experience, which I have never had with my other providers, has left me in tears, disappointed, appalled, and a little traumatized that there was no care or concern that I have been in unbelievable pain for almost 6 months. I am at a lost for words.I have been in healthcare for decades and it is just awful to be on the other side and see this type of treatment. I will seek another system. This system, even when under Agnesian, has always had a very bad reputation in our community, and now I cannot put up with it.
