She was very welcoming and understanding and non judgemental. She was willing to work with me where I am and not push me into treatment I'm not currently interested in. Very supportive and open to further communication if any questions arise after the appointment.

She ordered x-rays to determine which of 2 possibilities that could be the cause and recommend the next steps to take after that. She followed through by contacting the therapy department to contact me to set up physical therapy.
