Met the team on Radiology and specifically Dr. Shah at MD Anderson Baptist Fleming. He is so knowledgeable, professional, warm and kind. He took his time explaining all my options. Not rushing us towards any decision and answered all the questions in that moment. He was polite even when he had to take other calls or updates on his other patients. We did not mind at all because we understood I was not the only patient. His presentation and flexible yet efficient dispersement of the condition, facts, outcomes, and delivery methods were well explained to our civilian ears. When the data became over whelming, he was perceptive enough to pause and hand me some tissue. I understand it is a hard job to have and appreciate that he did not treat me like cattle but a real live human being. I have some time to ask questions and to meet the Oncologist and revisit with my breast surgeon and plastics dept before moving forward with the information he gave. Staff, nurses and team have been wonderful every single appointment.

Dr. Shah And his nurse Both spent a.great deal of time with my spouse and I. Their manner was extremely pleasant and helped both of us understand how this lung cancer diagnosis was different from my previous bout 6 years ago

I can’t say enough about Dr Guo and his nurses. They are amazing, very caring. Cheri [last name] was the nurse that was with me during the ambulance transfer. She was always very upbeat. All of the nurses in that radiation unit were great as well as the radiation techs.

Also the facility was very clean & all the staff from the registration desk to the the exam room were very professional, helpful & friendly.
