The level of professionalism and efficiency from the radiation oncology team at Baptist South was truly outstanding. I was consistently impressed by how well-coordinated my care was, and I never felt like I was just a number. Despite having to visit every day for weeks, my appointments were always on time, and the process was incredibly smooth.
The staff was always available to answer my questions, and the communication between my different care providers was flawless. My doctor was always up-to-date and thoroughly explained everything, from treatment options to managing side effects. For anyone seeking top-notch treatment, coordinated care, and a highly professional team, I would recommend them without hesitation

The Jacksonville Radiation Oncology Department is outstanding! The entire staff is supportive and knowledgeable. From the time you check-in and see those smiling faces at the front desk, your anxiety slowly disappears. The technicians are kind and caring, and listen if you have a concern. The doctors, nurses, and physician assistants are wonderful and easy to talk to as you go through your treatment.

Dr. Greenwalt, in addition to being very professional, is kind, caring, very approachable and truly listens. Dr. Greenwalt is the best Radiologist oncologist as she treated not only my cancer but was concerned about my whole person. I cannot recommend Dr Greenwalt enough. She is a true blessing.

I am always amazed at the knowledge Dr. Mahmoud imparts. He is brilliant. Bree is both competent and kind.
The women at the front desk appear to love their jobs and their patients.
The woman who took my vitals has been in the Radiation Department a long time and is both comforting and a delight.

I love the entire team at the Radiation center at Baptist South! They were there for me from the beginning of my breast cancer diagnosis until the end with the various treatment options. They help me through the worst nightmare in my life and helped me be so calm through these storms. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of every day for my radiation treatments and my doctor follow ups. They truly care and consider you part of the Baptist family and I appreciate them for this. when it was my time to ring the bell when I was finished with the radiation treatments, they truly cheered me on and signed a beautiful certificate with many warm blessings. Thank you so very much !!. Love you all from the bottom of my heart! ❤️

I have just started my care journey but was very impressed with all of the staff I encountered. From the staff at the front desk to everyone in the office I was warmly welcomed and made to feel my care was of great value. I cannot say enough about the quality of the care and treatment I received. The physicians are absolutely five star. I highly recommend MD Anderson to anyone needing healthcare.
