The pleasant and caring demeanor of the entire staff is outstanding. This includes the lady who worked helping people entering the lobby, the two ladies who checked in patients for treatments, and the entire ancillary medical staff. Dr. O'steen together with her assistant, Jordan, displayed a caring and meaningful interest during the entire treatment process. If one must be ill, there is no doubt in my mind that this is one of the best places for treatment.

The team is great. Annie at the front desk is amazing & so welcoming. Dr. O'Steen & her male nurse were great. I hadn't seen them since the end of October 2024 & just had a check-up with them & they took the time & listened to my concerns & were very helpful. I can't say enough good things about everyone there.
