I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience during radiation treatment at the Baptist/M D Anderson South – Radiation Oncology Center.
Everyone I met was exceptionally positive, energetic, competent, and professional.
I was deeply impressed by the attitudes I observed. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be at work, dedicated to serving patients' needs.

I gave MD Anderson a 10 because when I was going through my treatment, they took such good care of me. I love those people thank you so much.

The experience from the reception desk to the meeting with our doctor/PA was outstanding.
They answered all questions with patience and caring. This is the fifth year of coming to M D Anderson and this is exactly the same care we have always experienced. When the world around us is hurrying forward at a fast speed, your staff continues to make us feel we are in the best place for the best care. Thank you!

I thought my doctor’s physician assistant was excellent in that she had reviewed my
History, explained the overall findings, showed me my scans,compared them to the
Previous ones, answered my questions, informed me of future treatment, and
Helped me set my next appointment. She was patient with my questions,and showed
Empathy for my somewhat unusual history . I was impressed with her professionalism as well as her obvious knowledge.

The staff from the time you walk in was very friendly and professional. The team (Nathan and Jennifer) that did the radiation was super friendly and compassionate. The whole medical staff was professional and professional.

The care. I felt that l was in excellent hands. And l was. Everything that l was advise of my health was a fact. Staff and the Doctors took care of my needs . There customer service in caring for me was a A+. Also l was always ask if l was having any problems with my meds or pains .whenever l discuss my concerns they always had a solution to resolve my issue.
