All the staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. A spent quite a bit of time with us and fully explained the decision not to recommend radiation as part of my treatment. His explanation was clear and well presented. He answered all our questions throughly and patiently.

Dr. Augspurger and his staff made me feel very comfortable during the entire appointment. He explained the radiation process in detail base on the type of cancer, and I left feeling that Dr. A is a good fit for me for the kind of care I expect.

We went to the wrong location (thankfully early enough to turn around and go the the right location and the tach was so understanding of how frazzled we were and was just a sweetheart in getting my husband (the patient) and me calmed down and meds administered so we could get the CT. Comfortable room- nice warm blanket, good comfy chair. The experience was great. Even the lady who checked us in was able to diffuse the angst we had worked up racing to the appointment in traffic, construction and a train! Great team at Baptist South. Thank you!!
