I couldn’t see her name tag was turned but she was a young blonde just as sweet as could be in radiology/MRI. She talked me thru every step. So nice and cheerful and it was late in the day

MD Anderson is a fantastic place that everyone should get a second opinion at before any major surgery and then have it there. Nobody better or more professional. They saved me from having surgery on the wrong breast.

Dr. Anderson is the best of the best. She takes the time to look at the whole patient to make sure all areas are evaluated. Her staff and all of the staff at Baptist MDA are fabulous. They are not getting us at our best, yet they make us feel cared for and supported. I am very grateful for everyone there and for everything they have done to help me get well.

Everyone at MD Anderson is kind and compassionate. The staff is always smiling. You can tell by the way they interact with the patients they love their job. My doctor's and nurses are simply the best. I am encouraged to ask questions and they take the time to answer them. No question is considered silly or not important. They treat the whole person! Mental health and nutrition is just as important as the medical side. My teams asks questions about my family and friends. I feel safe and heard. If you have to have cancer, it's the best place to be treated.

Jordan the nurse explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Dr Anderson also explains in the same manner. They made sure I had every phone number to make contact if I had questions, concerns, ect… I really don’t want to go through radiation treatment but it is what it is & I have an over 4 week treatment, every day which feels grueling. But it feels they are trying to look out for my best interest.

I have just started my care journey but was very impressed with all of the staff I encountered. From the staff at the front desk to everyone in the office I was warmly welcomed and made to feel my care was of great value.
