I have already commented on the staff at Anderson. Dr. Mahmoud is amazing. Again, explained to my wife and I the radiation treatment, what it is and entails. Kind, caring and explained all in detail that we could understand and he too answered all our questions. My wife and I know we have an excellent team of Dr. [last name] and Dr. Mahmoud-both simply the best.

First, the entire staff are friendly, caring and patience oriented. They left me with a genuine feeling that the patient comes first. As for the doctor, he was clear and direct with my current condition and what options of care were available to me. Also, he took time to ensure I understood each and every course of care. Without hesitation I would/will highly recommend them to anyone.

Genuinely caring and supportive. Dr Mahmoud, Bree, and Ann the navigator, the CT technician are outstanding along with the rest of the staff. They know every detail of my situation and extended their support and expertise all the way through check out and beyond. This is with each visit. I’m so grateful and confident in this staff and I can’t praise them enough!

Scheduling for all appointments is a snap . This wonderful staff has taken it all upon themselves to coordinate and synchronize my apoointments between the laboratory and several doctors. They keep me informed of all of them by the hospital's portal website. It's ingenious and all that is left is for me to do is simply show up. My 1st appointment for treatment is just around the corner and even though I can't say I'm excited to begin, I know that I will be able to trust my TEAM to handle the the details. I thank my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for MD Anderson and this team of professionals for my care.

no long wait times to see the provider. They are quick at getting you in at your scheduled appointment time. We love MyChart and ability to see physician notes, appointment reminders and ability to ask a question. Staff are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain your test results and treatment options.
