The receptionists are not very inviting when you arrive like they dont want to be there. The urology staff was great friendly and helpful, making me feel good. Dr Derrin is great she listens and gives good understanding answers making me glad I went to your urology dept.

In being hospitalized for a week in July then to return for further treatment in August I couldn’t ask for better nurses or doctors to care for me!

The front desk receptionists are warm and friendly and made me feel appreciated and relaxed. Dr Hauser made quick work of my diagnosis for the symptoms I presented. No wonder I liked him so much at my first appointment. He’s down to Earth and explains things in a manner that’s easy to understand. I left feeling much better about my health!

Dr Kim is marvelous! (As is his staff). I feel that he listens to me and thoroughly explains my condition as well as the treatment plan. He also calms my nerves. I feel I am in very competent hands.

Dr Evans gave a thorough review of my recent PET scan, and then spoke about the treatment options and explained each option in detail so that I could understand the pros and cons of each option. He took the time to explain as much as I needed in explanation. Appreciated his knowledge and expertise.

My experience was very, very good. Everyone was very professional. They knew what they were doing. They treated me good, treated me with real care. I enjoyed my visit. I'm healing up just fine. And the whole experience was a very good experience. I want to thank you very much.

This is the first time I have been to a urologist. I did not know what to expect...Plus is was a lady that was seeing me...I was very impressed...She was very nice and professional...I was very comfortable talking to here about my issues.

I have told anyone that has ears how wonderful renown urology is especially after the care received from NV urology. Dr Hauser is amazing. Sara Thompson is so kind and nice. I know others that see this place and have wondered things to say about all the providers. The reception is nice as well. I thank G*d for Dr Hauser and the staff for taking me seriously and helping me.

Dr Kim is fantastic, he had thoroughly reviewed my records and was very well versed on my surgery and radiation therapy. He had even reached out to my surgeon and also the radiation oncologist to discuss my treatment. I have found this to be a rare occurance since my illness. I know have a treatment plan with my urologist and couldn't have asked for more from Dr Kim!

Dr. Evans and Yesi provided exceptional care throughout my entire journey. From the moment I checked in to the time I left each visit, every staff member made me feel genuinely cared for and valued. My anxiety was incredibly high, especially on the day of my biopsy, but Dr. Evans, Yesi, and the entire team treated me with such compassion, patience, and reassurance that it made an overwhelming experience so much more manageable. I am truly grateful for the outstanding care, professionalism, and kindness shown by everyone in the office. Thank you for making a difficult time feel a little easier.

The experience with Dr. Brian Feagins is one of the best at Renown. Dr.Feagins took time listening to me, never made me feel rushed, and completely respected my preference on treatment. He drew pictures to make me understand complicated ideas. He is also very knowledgeable. I think he is the best!!

My doctor is absolutely amazing. We had a great visit. She addressed all of my concerns and was extremely thorough in explaining options moving forward. And I really, really like her. The only small complaint that I would ever have is when sending messages through MyChart, the medical assistant is slow to respond, as in it may take a couple of days to get a response, even when you're trying to get something moving in a quick manner in respect to getting answers or doing medical evaluations, such as I had to have an x-ray and it got delayed by almost four days waiting on a response back from the doctor's office from the medical assistant. Other than that, I really, really like everybody that the staff has.

Dr Kim was great!! Felt very comfortable with and around him. First time I really have felt like the Dr listened to me and just didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear. Sure wish I met with him at the very beginning on my Prostate journey. Very happy with Dr Kim
