Dr Chloe Shenk is an amazing doctor. She took the time to read my medical history and examine the urine sample and sonogram that the assistant took before my appointment. She listened carefully and had a plan to cure my problem.

The adding this group to renown was a godsend to me .i came from from a different facility here in town that was a complete train wreck to put it mildly. Dr was good but staff was poor. Dr Hauser was a is an excellent add to your team supported by great staff.

My experience with this provider was about the same as every other appointment I have had with him! His name is Eric KimMD Division Chief Urology Renown Urology Care! He is an excellent doctor! He makes me feel like he really cares for me as a person as well as a patient! He is a perfect doctor!! I am so fortunate to have him for my physician! Compared to the last Urology Group which is one of the largest groups in the Reno-Sparks area and probably Reno’s largest! Ever since I started having him as my urologist 2 years ago this month, my care under a urologist has been excellent!! He gave me an excellent surgery to rectify a very bad surgery on my kidney for kidney stones! First, he had to straighten out the job that the last urologist left me with! He gave me a very difficult procedure which was extremely invasive surgery of my prostate that I had to go through! This particular appointment I just had 3 days ago was a successful treatment for a catscan he ordered to be done 2 weeks ago!! Dr. Eric Kim is an awesome doctor!

I thought the VA was great but the urology department was even better! They were really on the ball and on time! I felt respected and everyone was easy to talk to. I’m glad I was able to get treatment at my former employer (Renown ED).
I saw Dr Feagins at the VA last year and am fortunate to be able to see him again. He is awesome!

I am a previous patient of Dr. Feagins from the Veterans hospital, so it is most appreciated that I could continue my care with him through the VA. I am still waiting on a callback regarding scheduling my surgery, so I don't know what the time schedule is for follow up to schedule it.
