There is one very nice receptionist that sits near the wall. The other two seem like they don't want to be there. Not rude just disinterested.

Dr Christopher Evans provided an extraordinary level of care by recognizing that my body was able to benefit from a prostatectomy to treat my prostate cancer, even though I was at an upper age limit for the procedure. As proof of his correct assessment, I have had a remarkably good recovery since the operation was performed last December, giving me another lease on life. I climbed Kilimanjaro on August 28th without any ill effects

Dr. Evans and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful. Nurse Yessenia is absolutely the best!!
I cant say enough good about Dr. Evans and how professional and skilled he is. He gave me the assurance and confidence that i needed to understand and deal with my prostate issues.

Front desk could be more courteous as a new patient going in unaware of what's going on besides a possibility of cancer. It's not okay to have such a dry personality and very unfriendly. Thank you.

The entire staff, both medical & support are consummate professionals. Warm & friendly upon checking in, on mission in clinic, check out comes with a wave and a smile. I’d love to trust everyone as much as I believe in these folks. Top shelf!!

If I could give Dr. Evans and the staff a 12, I would. I've been blessed to have Dr. Evans as a care provider. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Treatments were discussed with care and kindness. My recovery has been outstanding mainly due to the choices given to me by Dr. Evans. Everyone has been very accommodating.

Everyone that works on the uralogy department is fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, caring, etc. Dr Evans is very caring, knowledgeable, and always follows thru when promised. Truly exemplary service!!

Dr Hauser was very cordial and professional and I appreciated him filling in for Dr [ ] who was not available on that Friday. And, I did not want to go to the ER because the wait time is long and ER does not know my history.

Chloe was absolutely fantastic. We feel so lucky that she was the provider for our son. She brought a lot of clarity and calm to our emergency situation. I would highly recommend her as well as her office staff to anyone looking for assistance in that field.

Dr. Evans is an excellent urologist. He is detailed and clear in his explanations. Although he is a high level administrator, he is deeply interested in his patients and commitment to patient-center care.

Very professional. DID not rush through the procedure. Explained what was going to take place. Her nurse thatbworls with Dr shenk dus not.leave me 45 minutes with dealing with a difficult case and not coming into see id I needed to have moreover the nymbinh jell placed on the urethra. Both Dr Shenknand her medical assistant were very professional.

It would have been helpful if the scheduler had said which building it was since there are three buildings with this name. We were able to find it but it took a minute. It would have been helpful in the hospital if we had received instructions on what to do if the catheter clogged and we ended up making three trips to the ER in the week between discharge and the appointment

The receptionists are not very inviting when you arrive like they dont want to be there. The urology staff was great friendly and helpful, making me feel good. Dr Derrin is great she listens and gives good understanding answers making me glad I went to your urology dept.

The front desk receptionists are warm and friendly and made me feel appreciated and relaxed. Dr Hauser made quick work of my diagnosis for the symptoms I presented. No wonder I liked him so much at my first appointment. He’s down to Earth and explains things in a manner that’s easy to understand. I left feeling much better about my health!
