The staff at Renown have been great. Dr. Hauser was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He explained my current conditions and my treatment going forward. I wish we had medical services like this available in Pershing County.

Dr. Kim is excellent! I previously went to another practice (Urology Nevada), and in four years, I never saw an actual Urologist. Only a PA. I'm happy that I switched!

I enjoyed seeing Dr Feagins tremendously!
He was kind, friendly, and engaging but most importantly, he listened to me and offered a much wanted solution to my difficulty! I am looking forward to continuing with him for follow up care!

I was really impressed that he had some of my records, but then my doctor in Montana had sent them to him quite a while back. So he did read them and he understood what I was going through and I felt very much at ease in that office and with him.

Dr Feagins is professional and has great skill both medically and personally. He put me at ease immediately was understanding and compassionate. He was patient and respectful. Also, he spoke to me as an equal and had me completely at ease. It was as if I was having a conversation with a friend. Highly recommended. His staff is also a direct reflection of his character.

Dr F listened attentively, answered all my questions with respect and compassion, and DID NOT make me feel rushed at all. The treatment plan makes sense - he gave me assurance that I can flex on my own without needing to check in, which is also pretty freeing.

Dr Houser was excellent- he was familiar with my history- he presented information on a procedure that would provide me with a viable alternative to my current condition from Cancer surgery- He demonstrated complete command of the subject and present an unbiased pro/Con.

I just want to say that Dr. Kim is phenomenal. He saw me through my cancer odyssey with great compassion. He was very thorough in his explanation. I always felt like I was in the best of hands possible. He reaffirmed my fault and he was just, he was great. And the follow-up, I'm a year out and the follow-up at six months and then a year, he's been great. I just can't say enough great things about Dr. Kim and I'm so lucky that he was my urologist when I was diagnosed with the prostate cancer. The people in the office have always been very kind as well. Now if you could just do something about Mill Street and the construction, everything would be great. Ha ha, that was a joke. Thank you.
