Like the new waiting area

I did not see Dr Duval as she was still in surgery. However, the nursing staff I interacted with and that provided my follow-up care were great. I also met briefly with Dr. Kim and he was very helpful and informative (he stopped in because Dr. Duval wasn't available).
Great overall staff - helpful, patient and good listeners.

Very happy with my treatment outcome. Everybody so nice. All the Specialists, PCP, outside consultants, support staff and hospital personnel just wonderful. My treatment results far exceeded my expectations. And as a result my quality of life is much improved.

Dr. Duval listened to all my concerns and was never dismissive towards anything I said or towards me. She is personable, funny, and super nice. She was much more helpful than the last urologist I went to. Her assistant listened to everything I had to say. She was very personable, professional, and nice! I feel that being seen by Dr. Duvall's office is a blessing.
The ladies at the front reception desk were both extremely nice and welcoming. They were helpful and set my next appointment exactly when I needed it. They were great!!!

I was received and treated well - courteous - staff was great at thinking on their feet. It was very stormy that day and the electronics were having difficulty - they all worked around the problem, all was taken care of quickly, making my appointment as pleasant as possible.

Dr. Duval was wonderful. Took time to explain everything and answers my questions. One of the receptionist seemed stressed out, andwas pretty abrupt, almost to the point of rudeness.

Dr Duval is a great communicator. She is very observant and does a thorough examination and evaluation and is able to articulate options for treatment that are very understandable. She takes him into consideration the age of the patient and their goals and truly is a remarkable caregiver.

Dr. Duval was extremely patient and did an excellent job of covering my condition and the treatment options. I had a further question after leaving, sent it via MyChart and she called me the same day to discuss. She listens extremely well and spent as much time with me as I needed.

Dr. DuVal is a unicorn! Not only did she review all my history prior to my appointment, she explained everything in a cheerful, highly professional manner. She engaged me as the patient right from the start, asked me appropriate questions, answered all mine, and then offered to explain or see me again if I had additional concerns. I was terrified prior to the appointment but, after, I was satisfied, felt as if I had another partner in my care and was so appreciative I was referred to her. Overall, excellent, skilled physician with care and compassion to her patients, new or established.

I love it that Renown requires the Urology Techs to have a year’s training period before they work with the patients. This is not done at Urology Nevada, a place my uncle will NEVER return to.

Sign in personal are very professional and work with the other staff to quickly move out of lobby to care room. Then a nurse comes right in and starts pre-doctor SETUP. The staff work well together and this saves patient and doctor time which allows for increased doctor/patient interactions

Hello, Dr. Duval was very personable, answered all the questions, gave a lot of information, explained a lot of things that was going on with my particular reason why I was there, and I found him to be open, honest, and able to communicate on a level that was very easy to understand and very open and very I just felt overall she's a very good doctor.

Dr. Duvall was thorough, listened to my concerns and provided proper and informative answers to my questions and concerns. I forgot to ask her to refill my current prescription and I also forgot to ask her to explain kidney disease. What are the symptoms and what treatments are used. My fault, not hers. All in all, I was very pleased with my visit.
