I Am grateful that my message was listened to. That I was called an worked in for a next day appointment for a urine test. Antibiotic were called in.
I have a message into the office today. I have a pm pill and pills for the next 2 days. I Am not feeling better and asked for a call today and have not heard back yet

Out of all the Doctors I see. Doctor Duval is by far the BEST. I trust her with my LIFE. I’m living with stag 4 CANCER. She makes me so comfortable, she knows just what to say when I’m struggling.The way she will let me work out my problems living with cancer , with a few words of encouragement gives me the confidence to persevere. Thanks Doc.

The doctor was knowledgeable and took her time to explain what was going on with my kidney and bladder. She drew on a whiteboard so I could understand what part of the kidney and bladder she was talking about which was very helpful. Not only would I recommend her to other people, but I already have. I was very impressed, she took her time and didn’t rush through my appointment as some doctors have done in the past. It was my first time meeting her, and I feel confident that she’ll take care of me and my medical needs.

When we got home my husband noticed my drain bag was not receiving liquid. He looked at the tubing and found one valve was closed. He opened it so the tube could drain properly. We’re sure Dr Duval meant to check the flow before we left. It was a small mistake and easily corrected. Everything is now flowing as it should.
