Sara Thompson is a great APRN & could be a doctor. She relates well with people, had reviewed my history, and gave me the opportunity to come back in the timeframe I needed & wanted. All I can say is she’s great & such a very bright young caregiver/provider. Thanks so much for her service. Please get an Gastro APRN at Renown!!! It’s so needed!!!!

Everyone in the office was very kind and courteous. Sara Thompson, the nurse practitioner who treated me, was a breath of fresh air. She was really wonderful. She explained everything carefully to me until she was sure I understood what the treatment plan was and what might be going on with it in the future. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at renown health.

She saw that I am already taking a lot of medications, and suggested trying all the possible non-medication options to resolve my issues (and a 7-day OTC to get past the acute flare up). I appreciate that she cared about me and my situation individually. She was knowledgeable not just on urologic issues, but my other conditions & diagnoses as well. The handouts provided easy to understand guidance, explanation, and education.

I saw Sara as a referral for Over Active Bladder, which I first researched on the internet so what she said to me was no surprise. But she went into excellent detail so I could see the direction her initial diagnosis was taking. Follow up with her in 6 weeks after I document urination with the form she provided. Excellent appointment!

Sarah was great. She had a lot of information, made me feel better about my situation, made me understand my options. I went in there very misinformed, but she touched every base that I needed to know and gain knowledge in what care I should get. This was my first visit to Sara Thompson and my recent issues have been all over the place so I did not expect there is any way she could've known my medical history. She was very thorough and straight forward. She listened to me, she gave me a plan of action, she answered all of my questions and she did not make me feel as if I was being at all unreasonable! I really appreciate her knowledge and professionalism!!

Sara Thompson was kind, compassionate, and brilliant at finding a solution for my problem. Her bedside manner is a 10 we need more people in the medical field like her. She truly cared actually listen to me and came up with a practical solution for a problem,that most others would’ve just brushed off. The office personnel were great as well. Sara has been a wonderful medical provider. Sara has offered us a plan with step by step planning - if this medication doesn’t work we will try this other medication. She has cautioned us as to side effects of medications and potential long term effects. Sara always greets us with her sunny and upbeat attitude. She is a real asset to Renown

I thought Sara was compassionate, understood my frustration, but didn't necessarily understand the insurance/provider limitations or necessary how to work around them if there even is a way.
