Everyone I dealt with was very kind and efficient. I didn’t have to wait very long at all. I felt like I was very important and that I was given as much time as I needed to find out what was going on. Unlike other appointments I have been to, the ball was never dropped and Sara called be in less then an hour after my ct scan was done and got me in for what was needed the very next day. It was a great experience as far as being treated with respect and caring. As I stated, I felt important and not like just another patient

Sara was excellent. My medication provider, Express Scrips, was being very difficult but Sara was patient & very professional with them, which I really appreciated. Plus she's excellent at finding solutions to my OAB!

Sara Thompson is a great APRN & could be a doctor. She relates well with people, had reviewed my history, and gave me the opportunity to come back in the timeframe I needed & wanted. All I can say is she’s great & such a very bright young caregiver/provider. Thanks so much for her service. Please get an Gastro APRN at Renown!!! It’s so needed!!!!

Everyone in the office was very kind and courteous. Sara Thompson, the nurse practitioner who treated me, was a breath of fresh air. She was really wonderful. She explained everything carefully to me until she was sure I understood what the treatment plan was and what might be going on with it in the future. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at renown health.

She saw that I am already taking a lot of medications, and suggested trying all the possible non-medication options to resolve my issues (and a 7-day OTC to get past the acute flare up). I appreciate that she cared about me and my situation individually. She was knowledgeable not just on urologic issues, but my other conditions & diagnoses as well. The handouts provided easy to understand guidance, explanation, and education.

I saw Sara as a referral for Over Active Bladder, which I first researched on the internet so what she said to me was no surprise. But she went into excellent detail so I could see the direction her initial diagnosis was taking. Follow up with her in 6 weeks after I document urination with the form she provided. Excellent appointment!
