Ashley was very patient and we discussed and addressed all my needs. This appointment was complete and I felt she listened and explained about the reason for the competence test for my yearly check up. There was as no rush going through the questions and I felt relaxed and listened to.

Ashley ask questions with regards to any other conditions or possible level of diagnostic procedures in such a way that we were able to look at options for future assessment by my primary care physician. She ordered up the necessary test such as home calling screening and hearing assessment due to tinnitus. She is very focused and professional in her level of help.
