I walked into the lobby, was pleasantly greeted, and in what seemed like no tome, I was brought in to the exam room. Derrin was/is kind and professional. She answered my questions and made suggestions that have helped immensely. The entire Urology team is amazing! Thank you for bringing this team/discipline of care into Renown.

Over the past 20 years, I have been to Nevada urology and also to UCSF in San Francisco to get help with UTIs. No one has been able to help me until I came to renown. I am so appreciative that there is someone else to go to in this town other than just one place Nevada of urology Reno or Nevada of urology in Carson. Thank you for being there and helping me out. I cannot express to you how appreciative I am.

The physician when I called answered every question and then when I had the surgery, it wasn't as painful and then when she took out that stent, I couldn't believe how fast that it was. I kind of thought it was a stick. So it was pretty good. I'm so glad it's out. My pain is gone and worth every cent. Bye.

Not use to female Doctors but she may have changed my mind. 1st female doctor I’ve had. MAY have changed my mind since I can’t seem to a male DR. After all, they’re Doctors, just have to get in the right state of mind I guess.

Dr. Jarvis was very friendly, very informative, thorough, and she was able to really walk me through everything, the different processes. And the best thing is very communicative as far as calling me right back after my test results, sending me to get my ureter stent put in before I develop sepsis, and then the question that I had after that. She texted me back immediately on my chart. So like really super, the communication was awesome. So that's my comment. Thank you.
