Staff is friendly and helpful. Caregiver takes time with me, makes sure my questions are answered, listens to what I have to say, and makes sure I understand the conditions and consequences of my health.

Great visit after I finally found the office. I couldn't figure out which building the office was in.
Thankfully other staff were able to navigate to the office.
