I was nervous and had questions that seemed embarrassing to ask, but the good Doctor was totally chill and answered everything with insight and knowledge that put me at ease. When the time came to pull down my pants there was a pleasant surprise, I felt completely at ease and comfortable doing so. Not what I expected to feel.

Chrissy is always wonderful at checking in. Great staff. The Medical Assistant was textbook wonderful assisting in my Cystoscopy. Dr Hauser is professional, intelligent with great listening & communication skills. I enjoyed talking with him during my visit. It’s rare these days to get matched up with such a proficient staff. I’m grateful for all the time given. A person giving their quality Time creates such an impression.

Dr. Hauser is very knowledgeable and a clear communicator. Dr. [last name] has been the doctor we’ve seen previously and she is wonderful, but I have equal respect for Dr. Hauser. He presents the options in a very practical way, and we are able to make decisions readily based on his information. He also exhibits a caring attitude that is much appreciated.

I realize I gave very high ratings to Dr. Hauser, but he truly was or is a 10. He took a great amount, took an adequate amount of time with me. He was very knowledgeable of my history. He seemed very, very knowledgeable of his field, outlined multiple options with me. We discussed diet, exercise, which are important to me. So preventative measures, things we could do for the future. Really is just a superior physician and I really appreciate it. So my high ratings are not an accident or not because I don't know how to push other buttons I do, but he's a great doctor and gave me great care. I appreciate it.
