Everybody at this clinic treated me with respect, and they were all very courteous to me. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, and answered all of my questions.

The meeting was interesting, however, not exactly what I wanted to hear. I was praying for better information.
The physician appeared too be very knowledgeable and am at this juncture, uncertain if I am able to have a a better outcome for procedures suggested? It’s not the Golden Years, I was expecting ?.

The doctor spent time discussing my problem not effected by doing computer entry. He did not act rushed and thoroughly explained his thinking. One of the best health care interactions I have had in a long time.

Nick Hauser is the best MD I have found in my medical care so far for now. I wish he could be my PCP also. he is very caring. He listens and explains things well. Just a pleasure to have him as my urologist.

They could not know my history since it was my first visit. Dr. Houser was exceptionally easy to speak with on a number of sensitive topics and left sensing I was with the doctor I needed to be with. He was very forthcoming and explained the procedure in laymen's terms so I would understand what would happen. I was very satisfied. Thomas

The nurses working the office window seem to be stressed or under pressure as there's never a consistency with their willingness to assist. Some are helpful others seem like they're waiting for clock out time.
