The adding this group to renown was a godsend to me .i came from from a different facility here in town that was a complete train wreck to put it mildly. Dr was good but staff was poor. Dr Hauser was a is an excellent add to your team supported by great staff.

The staff at Renown have been great. Dr. Hauser was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He explained my current conditions and my treatment going forward. I wish we had medical services like this available in Pershing County.

Dr Houser was excellent- he was familiar with my history- he presented information on a procedure that would provide me with a viable alternative to my current condition from Cancer surgery- He demonstrated complete command of the subject and present an unbiased pro/Con.

I was nervous and had questions that seemed embarrassing to ask, but the good Doctor was totally chill and answered everything with insight and knowledge that put me at ease. When the time came to pull down my pants there was a pleasant surprise, I felt completely at ease and comfortable doing so. Not what I expected to feel.

Chrissy is always wonderful at checking in. Great staff. The Medical Assistant was textbook wonderful assisting in my Cystoscopy. Dr Hauser is professional, intelligent with great listening & communication skills. I enjoyed talking with him during my visit. It’s rare these days to get matched up with such a proficient staff. I’m grateful for all the time given. A person giving their quality Time creates such an impression.
