I walked in without an appointment. I was in a lot of pain. The receptionist did their best trying to get me in and they did. they were very nice and helpful and so was the doctor's assistant and the doctor.
Thank you very much for taking care of me when they were very busy.

It was the VA that held everything up at the VA Renal Hospital. Other than that, I've known Brian Feagins for a long time and he's taken very, very good care of me and he plans to still continue to take good care of me. Thank you and I would highly recommend him. He's done nothing but go out of his way in making sure I'm taken care of.

Dr. Feagins is the best doctor I have ever seen. Very nice, easy to talk to and extremely comforting during my procedure. Can’t say enough good things. Office staff and nurse/assistants were also great. I rarely fill out these surveys but I felt compelled to in this case.

My Dr was prepared for me. He knew my history and what I needed for my health. Brian was right on the money. I truly felt that he took the appropriate time to know my case.

The doctor was extremely professional really knowledgeable made a diagnosis quickly and recommended a path to help me to resolve my issue quickly. I have a secondary appointment with him in about a month and a half so he can see how the results of his recommendations and direction are working.

I saw Brian Feagins during this visit.as the prior person was out on mat leave. Dr. Feagins, seems to be the only doctor who actually looked at my meds and was able to determine why I was getting kidney stones. I don't understand how this wasn't caught before but I wanted to thank Dr. Feagins. He took the time to look at my chart, review and answer questions for me. He expressed so much empathy. I can't say enough great things. Thank you again.

Dr. Feagins was excellent. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it. And he informed me of what he was seeing while he was looking. And he just did a great job. And the nurse, also the same thing. She explained everything in detail before she did it. And the nurse and the receptionist were very kind. And I was extremely happy with my overall experience. Thank you.

Dr Feagins is a very kind and understanding Physician. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He gives you all your options and makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone.
