I enjoyed seeing Dr Feagins tremendously!
He was kind, friendly, and engaging but most importantly, he listened to me and offered a much wanted solution to my difficulty! I am looking forward to continuing with him for follow up care!

Dr Feagins is professional and has great skill both medically and personally. He put me at ease immediately was understanding and compassionate. He was patient and respectful. Also, he spoke to me as an equal and had me completely at ease. It was as if I was having a conversation with a friend. Highly recommended. His staff is also a direct reflection of his character.

Dr F listened attentively, answered all my questions with respect and compassion, and DID NOT make me feel rushed at all. The treatment plan makes sense - he gave me assurance that I can flex on my own without needing to check in, which is also pretty freeing.

Dr Feagins is fantastic. From the moment I met him, I felt comfortable. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions.
I had gone to a private practice first, and felt very uncomfortable with the way I was treated. The doctor explained everything, but didn’t even pull up my CT scan results.
I’m so glad I decided on a second opinion. I now trust that I’ll get the surgery that I need and that I’m in very capable hands. The first group couldn’t book my surgery until 6 weeks from appointment. Renown Urology booked me for surgery 2 weeks out! All the way around great treatment, planning and care!

Doctor's assistant the day of my appt. was and "angel". So courteous, positive, and communicative. Treated me with the utmost respect and was gentle and considerate of my anxiety and concerns.

Only negative was trying to find the clinic. The main hospital can feel like a maze to try and get thru and my dr name wasn't listed on the sign near the elevator

It was everything I expected plus more. I really liked the experience of my provider doctor Feagins.
I usually don’t recommend anyone, because you don’t know what everyone likes and doesn’t like, but I think I would recommend this office and Dr. Feagins.

Dr. Feagins is very thoughtful and knowledgeable.
Unfortunately, an ultrasound done at an out of town hospital was not there for him to see and evaluate.
I will take that up with Banner and in the future make the 65mile trip to Renown for any further care.

The Dr and staff in this office are so nice and helpful. They advised me and had options for my health issues. I would definitely return to this office.

I walked in without an appointment. I was in a lot of pain. The receptionist did their best trying to get me in and they did. they were very nice and helpful and so was the doctor's assistant and the doctor.

It was the VA that held everything up at the VA Renal Hospital. Other than that, I've known Brian Feagins for a long time and he's taken very, very good care of me and he plans to still continue to take good care of me. Thank you and I would highly recommend him. He's done nothing but go out of his way in making sure I'm taken care of.

Dr. Feagins is the best doctor I have ever seen. Very nice, easy to talk to and extremely comforting during my procedure. Can’t say enough good things. Office staff and nurse/assistants were also great. I rarely fill out these surveys but I felt compelled to in this case.

The doctor was extremely professional really knowledgeable made a diagnosis quickly and recommended a path to help me to resolve my issue quickly. I have a secondary appointment with him in about a month and a half so he can see how the results of his recommendations and direction are working.
