I would have given a strong 10 rating, if not for the following:
Process of signing in and waiting to get blood taken for lab has been consistently inefficient and inequitable for me and others Ii have heard complain. It should be a fairly easy fix and if fixed will be a proactive move to assist in preventing patients from feeling frustrated and upset.
