Dr. Dimitrov is a wonderful, caring, thoughtful doctor. He spends time listening and he is very thorough. The office staff are also great. It feels like you are with family there.

I was able to get in to see Dr. Dimitrov within 24 hours from my phone call requesting an appointment. Then he called me immediately after receiving my test results, explaining the result thoroughly. Plus his nurse and office staff are also nice and approachable.

I was not feeling well at all and had to take the day off grow work. My primary’s office had no in office or virtual appointments. I was not aware that Baptist Health had a virtual healthcare option. It was such a blessing not having to leave home sit in an urgent care or ER for possibly hours waiting to be seen.

Easy to obtain. Excellent interactions either the nurse/ practitioner. Great outcome. I had been ill for 10 days & getting worse when we had planned a big family gathering I wasn’t sure I could attend. With in hours if receiving the medicine I started feeling better. Today I was able to walk & do things I hadn’t done since I was sick.
