Joni was an AMAZING phlebotomist. I typically a very difficult "stick" and she got it on the first try. The person at the front desk (whose name I didn't get) was welcoming and pleasant. I had a request for Dr. Wolf which she said she would handle and if I didn't hear back from the office by tomorrow, to reach out and she would follow up. This was a very good customer experience!
