Office staff is friendly and professional. Scheduling office visits is not cumbersome. Dr. Cantrell is open to the patients questions and responds in terms which patients can understand. she is very pro-active in areas that are questionable. She is a patients doctor.

All of Ponte Vedra staff members are friendly, respectful and efficient. Wait time is minimal. It took a long time to find Dr. Katie Cantrell. I couldn’t be happier. She truly cares and thoroughly goes over circumstances involving my health care. I feel she goes out of her way to understand my needs. Even having lab work done there is worth going the distance for the expertise. The office is not close to my home. I’m grateful for everyone there.

Dr. Cantrell, front office staff, phlebotomist and nursing staff all present in a welcoming and caring manner. Going to a medical appointment can be stressful; this office makes visits much less so. Quality care with nice people.

Many things, First you never wait more then a few minutes to see the doctor. The nurses are very caring, the Blood lab technician is amazing, She gets my blood on the first shot, other labs I had gone to in the past would have to try 2-3 times, which was painful and very upsetting .
Dr Cantrell never rushes you, I feel that she really cares about her patients.
