First of all, I am very much happy with my primary care physician Dr Katie Cantrell who takes good care of me. She is always quite up to date about my health condition and keep track of my health records. She is very much keen about the result of each medicine she prescribes and will cancel anything that does not work or have a bad effect on me. I am also happy with the nurses and other health care employees there. The patient website (Baptist Chart ) could have been a little more user friendly. Overall, I will definitely recommend Baptist Primary Care at Ponte Vedra, Fl to my friends.

I am always surprised at the efficiency of this practice. I sent a request in the portal on a Saturday concerning a health issue AND Monday 8AM I got a call to come in for a 9AM appt - WOW - that was amazing. I saw Dr Cantrell promptly and she addressed ALL my concerns with very clear understanding . Test and RX were ordered and EVERYTHING WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. I am so pleased with the office staff and the expertise of Dr Cantrell. I have already recommended to my friends and one has already changed over and is equally pleased. I can't begin to tell you HOW VERY THANKFUL I AM that I made the change to this practice. Thank you to ALL staff and Dr Cantrell. VERY SINCERELY
