Short or no wait for appointments. Pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable staff. And Dr Cantrell is a treasure. Smart, knowledgeable and listens and makes helpful suggestions.

Dr. Cantrell is always a delight PLUS I feel I get excellent quality of care. And I cannot speak highly enough of Joni, the gem of a human being that does blood draws. No exaggeration, I have avoided medical care for YEARS due to fear of needles. My fondness for Dr Cantrell began was when she quickly realized I was not at all well-suited for a visit to Quest or LabCorp. Truly, without Dr. Cantrell & Joni (for onsite blood draws) I would probably still be avoiding preventative care, and as I age, I had just about run out of time to play that game.

Scheduled appointments are always available on time. Welcoming staff are always, well, welcoming. Charlene, who gets me seated, measured, and ready for Dr. Cantrell is friendly and professionals at the same time. Dr. Cantrell. who only recently took over my care from Dr. [last name], is pleasant, interested, and seems to have grasped my health situation, thought about my concerns, and I believe will be a good fit for me going forward.

Office staff are friendly and helpful. They create a positive environment. Dr. Cantrell is an outstanding family physician. She has excellent clinical skills. As her patient, I have total trust in her judgement! She has great insight. When addressing an issue, she carefully evaluates clinical options for me and take into account my history and my other comorbidities to find a solution that enhances my overall health status. She also is incredibly prompt with her MyChart follow up communications with her patients. She is also very thorough with documentation from her office visits.

I have been with this office for many years. The office physicians, ARNP's, Nurses and Nurse assistance, have always been helpful even as I have moved into my senior years. Let's not forget their lab staff. They all work tirelessly in the office and I cannot say how appreciative I am for all their efforts. Dr Cantrell has contributed so much to regaining a healthier me. As I continue to strive towards that success of better health I thank all of you all.
