Dr. Cantrell is the best. She is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I feel like she genuinely cares and wants to help. The nurses and front desk are all friendly as well. I would 10/10 recommend Dr. Cantrell, the staff and the office to any family member or close friend.

The office with 3-4 representatives will have you sign in, provide you with a questionnaire if you have not completed one online, and when your appointment is complete, schedule you with a future appointment if one is necessary. The office reps are friendly and courteous.

First, the phlebotomist is excellent - I believe her name is Jodie. She is both wonderful with reducing the anxiety of needles and has a great personality. Without hesitation, Dr. Cantrell is a caring and insightful doctor. She is also just a very nice person. All of the staff there have the abilities of professionalism and patient engagement/empathy.

I like everything about this Baptist Primary Care office but, in particular, Dr Cantrell. Amazing doctor and person. She's a great advisor and health care provider. Sharp as a tack and very relatable. Also very much like Joni, the wonderful lady working the lab.

The office is well run and deficient. As a retired physician, I have seen many offices and I have to say that this is one of the best! Wait times are always manageable and the interface between Dr. Cantrell and the epic system works very well. Online responses are Prompt and pertinent.

The staff is wonderful, friendly always calls you by name listens if you have an issue and get you the help you need the doctors are absolutely terrific. I love Dr. Katie Cantrell she is fine physician she listens she gets me the best care she never rushes when you have an appointment with her. She’s a wonderful doctor couldn’t get any better.! I hope she works a long time so I can continue to go to her !

I like that I can directly telephone the office and receive very helpful timely and kind responses when having a concern, making/changing an appointment. Having Dr. Cantrell whose attention is focused, listening in a thoughtful manner and knowing I am receiving the very best of care. For this I am grateful.

Dr Cantrell is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is sharp, caring, patient-focused, and takes her time during appointments. In addition, she has called me after hours on two occasions with results and to answer questions. Our daughter is also a patient as are several of our neighbors and their family members. Everyone agrees that Dr Cantrell goes above and beyond, and we are fortunate to have such an excellent provider.
