The Staff is friendly. The phlebotomist is great! I usually see Dr [last name] however she was unavailable this visit and I was seen by Kati Howdy APRN. I was very pleased with Ms Howdy. She was very easy to chat with as well as knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this office and staff to anyone.

The ladies that sit up front as receptionists are always friendly, polite and helpful. The waiting area has always been clean and I appreciate the few magazines they have out for us to read while we are waiting for our appointments. I arrived early for my appointment and just as I opened one of the magazines they called me to go back. Both the MA and APRN Howdy were friendly and took care of my then medical concerns. I gladly give Ponte Vedra Beach, Baptist Primary Care 10 stars out of 10.
