It was easy to schedule an appointment for a day and time that was convenient. The clerical staff were friendly and very helpful. The MA was very efficient and friendly; Very thorough and knowledgeable.
Dr. Clayton is an excellent physician. He answered my questions in a manner that I could understand. I feel that I received the most appropriate care and I have confidence in Dr Clayton. . . .

Ease of scheduling appointments when needed. Support staff and especially the MA were very efficient, friendly and professional. Dr. Clayton has great bedside manner, listens to my questions and concerns and answers my questions in a manner I can understand. Overall a great experience.

This is my first visit to Baptist Primary Care. To say I was impressed by the organization, office staff, the nurse and the doctor is an understatement. Dr. Clayton was very thorough, patient, good listener and was able to pin point the cause of a serious issue I complained about. Yasmine, the nurse that took cake care of me, was very professional, sweet and gentle. I consider myself lucky finding Dr. Clayton. I will definitely recommend Dr. Clayton to all of my family and friends.
