The prompt individual, collaborative care by Dr Dimitrov and his staff is allowing me to maintain optimum health. Visits are not hurried and allow for good history taking and medical assessment. Appointments are available with no difficult waits. This is healthcare at it’s best.

There are so many great things about the practice … Like Cheers (TV Bar), “where everyone knows your name” - and your individual situation! … It is a family … the service is personal and personable. And at the same time, it is professional and both health and total care focused. Nurse Kirsten is as super friendly as she is super efficient - she knowingly answers my questions - she is super responsive when I call in or email my questions & requests! Megan keeps the practice running super smoothly and efficiently, addressing random questions and pinch hitting as needed! And Dr. D is an outstandingly well trained doctor, who patiently takes time to really hear me, exploring and understanding my personal life, to offer appropriate, personalized advice to ensure I maintain good health - and stretch myself to become even more healthy and aware. It is truly a total care and very personalized practice - so thankful I am part of the family!

I was able to get in to see Dr. Dimitrov within 24 hours from my phone call requesting an appointment. Then he called me immediately after receiving my test results, explaining the result thoroughly. Plus his nurse and office staff are also nice and approachable.

Dr Dimitrov has always been a caring and great doctor- he had so many patients and so little time to devote to his practice of medicine. Now he is able to deliver urgent care when needed and teaching for his patients as required. I am healthier for this and thankful that Dr Dimitrov has the necessary time to treat his patients.

Everything. The receptionist is polite and helpful, the Nurse is thorough and considerate, and Dr Dimitrov is a dedicated doctor who is well read, positive, sincere, and has empathy for his patients. He has a nice sense of humor and you are treated as though you are family
