From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was something special. The office itself felt more like a boutique hotel than a medical practice—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. There was no crowded waiting room, no long lines, and none of that rushed feeling I’ve had at other offices. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I was greeted by name, offered a drink, and escorted to a private room almost immediately. My appointment started on time (a rarity these days), and the doctor actually spent time with me. It wasn’t just a quick in-and-out visit; we had a meaningful conversation about my health, lifestyle, and concerns. I felt truly heard.

Very nice office with modern equipment. Dr. Dimitrov provides a very comprehensive, and sensitive, approach to maintaining your health. I think what I like most about Dr. Dimitrov is that he "works with you" to improve your health; that is a rarity these days.

The office was inviting in both personnel and aesthetics of the office. The stare of the art equipment was interesting to learn about and how it will benefit my care. The focus appeared to be on the patient and patient’s health, not the typical churn and burn of patient visits, which is an improvement.

Loved the decor - clean and streamlined and seemed to be mid-century modern which is one of my favorite design periods. Staff very friendly and relaxed rather than rushed and appearing over-worked and stressed with no time for patient because of paperwork and forms! Dr. Dimitrov was able to sit with me and thoroughly and encouragingly review all of my notes, questions and lab work. I felt valued as a patient and not just another number or on an assembly line. Dr. Dimitrov is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciate his having time to share information and be able to pause my visit to research something to help me. This is the way medical care should be!

The front office team is friendly and greets patients cheerfully. They also seem well organized and able to respond to questions and concerns knowledgeably and quickly. Dr Dimitrov is very professional while at the same time very friendly and personable. I always feel that he is focused on me and my health when I see him and is not otherwise distracted. I can say these same things about his clinical supporting team.

Every staff member is pleasant to deal with. If you leave a message on their portal, they always promptly respond. Dr Dimitrov is the best, so caring and helpful. I have been a patient for over 12 years and highly recommend Baptist Primary Care in Ponte Vedra Beach.
