Well, this type of doctor/patient relationship is right for me, because I feel like the ability to have constant communication with my doctor about things going on in my life medically is a must. I unfortunately am under the care of multiple specialists and so knowing that I can check in with Dr. Dimitrov, Kirsten and Megan is great. Having the concierge care available makes me feel like there is a homebase that knows what is going on with me and my medications and medical care. Dr. Dimitrov is a great communicator, he always let's me speak my mind about what I feel I'm going through, and Kirsten and Megan compliment that when he is not available. This may not be what every patients need, but I feel as I grow older that it is definitely what I need. Thanks for including me!

I called to make an appointment and was seen that same day. Check-in is quick and easy, plus I was seen by the nurse within five minutes of my appointment time. Then I was seen by the doctor approximately 10 minutes later. The entire staff is very nice and the facility feels more like a business office than a medical office.

First, Dr. Dimitrov is the best primary care physician I have ever had. For that reason alone I would choose becoming a member of his practice. I, also, love not having to wait days for an appointment like many of my friends and family members are now experiencing. A family member who had very serious bronchitis a few months back had to wait 5 days to receive a zoom call from his doctor's PA and was told that he might want to go to an Urgent Care facility next time. That doesn't happen with concierge medicine. Dr. Dimitrov takes the time to discuss any issues and offers solutions. He knows his patients. He closely monitors their progress. I appreciate how quickly his staff gets back to me when I have a problem or question.

The office personnel are professional and polite. The reception area and the exam rooms are comfortable and welcoming. Dr. Dimitrov is a great physician. His general knowledge is strong, he is warm and personable. To me, he is best because he is a good listener and is direct in his responses. I appreciate that most.
