Personalized, dedicated team and care; staff who really know their patients. Very prompt responses to calls and emails and with tests follow up. Feel like they are truly interested in each person who comes in and listens to all of their concerns and has expert medical advice for them.

Dr Dimitrov is the best part, for sure. The team is responsive and helpful. The office is well run, pleasant, efficient, and never over crowded. My needs are met in the way I am used to, at 62, with a relationship that aids in my care. I no longer feel part of a corporate experience aimed at maximizing profit and providing the least possible service to just barely meet my needs, while waiting months for an appointment or having only an NP or PA available when I feel I need to see my doctor.
