Eveyone is so friendly and pleasant. I have been going to the same office forever. I am treated like family. The staff and doctors always strive to answer all my question and meet my needs. I highly recommend this office. they're the BEST!

They took me in for an appointment as a Milton/Helene refugee. I broke my hip in the melee. Jessica, the NP, was wonderful. Sending for my medical records as I will be here for awhile. Made sure I had all the meds I needed. Trying to get set up for PT and hopefully in- home health care. So grateful

Improve in communication when setting up appointments. I had to call in twice because the lady that answered the phone seemed to not even know who I was and I have coming to the same practice for years. The nurse practitioner was very helpful and the meds she recommended worked well at alleviating my problems with the bad constipation. Very helpful....

The last Baptist facility I had gone to for close to 20 years, seemed a bit hostile towards the doctors, extremely politically motivated. This environment seems much calmer and inviting. My interactions have been extremely positive and am anxious to establish a long lasting relationship.

Easy to get an appt. Very good care previously but I will have to insist on seeing the Nurse Practioner or Dr Tamayo on subsequent visits. Jessica listened to me & looked at the area I was concerned with. She did not touch or feel the indurated area which was very alarming to the surgeon I saw the next afternoon. The site was opened & I was hospitalized for IV antibiotics. Luckily, the CT scan did not show extension of the infection. Also, someone from the office left a voice mail for me this morning 9:30am. When I returned the call, Amy couldn't determine who had placed the call or why. Thx. Vicki
