Colleen at the front desk greets you. If you have a question about a prescription or appointment she will notify your doctor or pharmacy and get back to you with results. That is called Service! My nurse practitioner Megan Vlasek followed up with me on my test results and answered questions, provided recommendations, and offered solutions. She was professional and friendly. Again, I felt as though my needs were served.

Whenever I call your office, I'm always able to speak with an actual person. They always answer with kindness and compassion. They seem to really care about my welfare. Every primary care doctor I have had there over the past 20 plus years has been wonderful. My current doctor is Dr. Jacob Wolf. I had an urgent issue recently and was able to see Megan Vlasic, PA. She ran some tests which initially came out negative. She wisely sent the test off for further evaluation. Turns out the test was positive and she prescribed an antibiotic. She personally called me to explain the situation. I just can't say enough good things about Baptist Primary Care in Ponte Vedra!

Friendly, helpful front desk Short wait time Personable nurse Meagan was warm, empathetic, patient and very sharp in diagnosis and medicine prescribed. I felt terrible when I went in and very well cared for in every way. I felt improved within 24 hrs and getting better. Thanks!

The people. From the front staff to Dr [ ] and Meagan, all have been great and seemed more concerned about me and my health than getting me in and out the door as fast as possible. Even an embarrassing subject for a guy to talk about with a woman, Meagan was great and made me feel comfortable about it. The referral coordinator got me phone calls within a day or two of seeing Meagan. Awesome. Thanks so much!

I receive great care and attention from my doctor and the APRNs. The office staff and lab people are always helpful. The scheduler I spoke with recently was sympathetic and so nice that it was a "healing" experience to make the appointment.
