It's good to be able to speak with a doctor or nurse when necessary especially when getting into seeing a doctor when you are sick is difficult. The nurse was professional and prescribed medication we were able to get quickly.

Love the same day virtual appt.Not feeling well and needed to be seen asap being I'm a caregiver to my 82 yr old mother.on time v,listen to my symptoms and recommended medication which was ready within one hour at CVS.Very pleased

The virtual appt was fast and efficient. I feel muchbetter! I chose this option because I was unable to get an appt with my regular physician for 2 weeks. I needed antibiotics and an inhaler. So glad I didn't have to go to an urgent care. Will use this virtual program again if I am unable to see my physician.

Doctor was very patience with me due to me not feeling well and I'm not computer savvy when I couldn't get my microphone to work. Anyway, she was able to help me by prescribing a medicine and I'm so grateful that she took my call. I'm now feeling better than the day I spoke with her. The doctor was right on time of my appointment with her. I would use this method again if necessary.

Dr. Vlasek was very thorough, asked pertinent questions, and prescribed medications that were appropriate. She checked our current medications and our health status then recommended the right medicatiions. Not only was she thorough, she was professional and positive. This was a very pleasant experience

I appreciate the telehealth appointment. Meagan V, ARNP was very thorough and personable. Easy to explain my concerns and have my questions answered. Not having to go into the office and yet receive care is a bonus.

I couldn't get an appointment to see my Dr. The receptionist said they were booked out for this week and next. I needed help for a UTI. The receptionist suggested a tele-visit. She scheduled it
for 12:45 pm. It was such a good way to get the care I needed. I appreciate the service.

I’ve been a patient there for many years for a reason. The staff and doctors are caring and always take the time needed to spend with me. I never feel rushed out of a room or off a virtual call.

Virtual appointment is much easier when you’re sick so that you do not have to go out and sit in the waiting room. The nurse was very helpful and personable. Easy to talk to even when I was grumpy sick.. This is a great benefit. I appreciate it.
