Could not get an appointment & was able to get a virtual visit within an hour. Was diagnosed in minutes and got my meds called in fast. This allowed me to attend a weekend wedding I would of otherwise missed. It was the best and didn't even know I could do a virtual visit. Great experience & will do it again if I get sick again at the end of the week. Thanks for having virtual visits.

It was so much easier than going to the office. I was feeling really bad and didn't fell like getting dressed and driving to the office. It was so nice and the young lady was personable and took care of me very well. I will use this service in the future for sure and recommend it to others. Everything and this virtual call absolutely topped off my extreme satisfaction with Baptist Primary Care in Callahan…all the staff and of course my physician, Dr [last name]. They are all very caring and compassionate. The lady PA that did my virtual (scheduled for same day I called and within a couple of hours) was extremely professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. It's good to be able to speak with a doctor or nurse when necessary especially when getting into seeing a doctor when you are sick is difficult. The nurse was professional and prescribed medication we were able to get quickly.

The virtual appt was fast and efficient. I feel muchbetter! I chose this option because I was unable to get an appt with my regular physician for 2 weeks. I needed antibiotics and an inhaler. So glad I didn't have to go to an urgent care. Will use this virtual program again if I am unable to see my physician.
