The appointment was made ten minutes before I was seen. My physician took a thorough background and was able to determine what tests I needed and provided a letter to my employer. She gave me clear instructions on how to move forward if my condition worsened and how to care for myself until my symptoms subside. My symptoms would have made an in-person appointment difficult and I was thankful for this option.

This was a virtual call to address acute lower back pain. Since my PCP did not have any in office appointment I was offered an option for virtual call. The nurse was responsive to my medical concerns and provided treatment plan to address the pain. Overall satisfied with the service provided

The doctor I saw virtually was so sweet and had the best bedside manner, she listened thoroughly and prescribed what I needed for my sickness. I would absolutely go through telehealth again with her. She was awesome and made the experience easy.

I wasn't able to get in to see the physician and had a sore throat and upper respiratory issue. I was so glad that a telemed visit was offered and that the doctor was able to prescribe based on the telemed visit. It saved me from having to go to the urgent care and I was able to be at home and be seen! Thank you!

I was not feeling well at all and had to take the day off grow work. My primary’s office had no in office or virtual appointments. I was not aware that Baptist Health had a virtual healthcare option. It was such a blessing not having to leave home sit in an urgent care or ER for possibly hours waiting to be seen.

Easy to obtain. Excellent interactions either the nurse/ practitioner. Great outcome. I had been ill for 10 days & getting worse when we had planned a big family gathering I wasn’t sure I could attend. With in hours if receiving the medicine I started feeling better. Today I was able to walk & do things I hadn’t done since I was sick.

Appointment was actually made available earlier than scheduled which was nice. The dr. Was very friendly and helpful. She was able to help me right away with an antibiotic prescription. Very good experience and I would use again.

This is the first time I have used, “your office”, so I am speaking based on that. The experience was great, and so was NP Vlasek…and a big shout-out to the scheduler. I got two for one…the ulcer in my throat was prescribed the right stuff, I feel loads better, and I was able to share some of my current life challenges. Next time I need a virtual visit I will ask for Meagan Vlasek NP.

My first Time having a virtual appointment. Everyone one was so helpful getting me on call with NP , I was very pleased with being able to explain my health issues and being able to get labs & imaging test order same day. It was a great experience that I will surely call call again.

I loved how attentive and caring the nurse was. She really heard me and answered all questions I had. I didn’t feel rushed. It was my first time meeting with her and I felt comfortable right away. That’s a great nurse!
