Front office and medical assistant staff are all friendly and efficient. They follow up and call you back if there's a question for the Dr. Appointments are usually kept on time or with minimal wait time. And the Doctors, NP's and PA's are all awesome and take time with you as needed.

I love this facility. The gas at the front desk are very pleasant and helpful. The doctors especially my primary care physician, Dr. [first name], Cantrell, and Tara and Meagan take such wonderful care of me. They are very receptive to any issues or questions I have and jump right on anything that might not be going forward correct any issues that might come up. I’m well taken care of and I’m blessed that I have them in my life. ❤️

Colleen at the front desk greets you. If you have a question about a prescription or appointment she will notify your doctor or pharmacy and get back to you with results. That is called Service! My nurse practitioner Megan Vlasek followed up with me on my test results and answered questions, provided recommendations, and offered solutions. She was professional and friendly. Again, I felt as though my needs were served.

Whenever I call your office, I'm always able to speak with an actual person. They always answer with kindness and compassion. They seem to really care about my welfare. Every primary care doctor I have had there over the past 20 plus years has been wonderful. My current doctor is Dr. Jacob Wolf. I had an urgent issue recently and was able to see Megan Vlasic, PA. She ran some tests which initially came out negative. She wisely sent the test off for further evaluation. Turns out the test was positive and she prescribed an antibiotic. She personally called me to explain the situation. I just can't say enough good things about Baptist Primary Care in Ponte Vedra!
