I was not feeling well at all and had to take the day off grow work. My primary’s office had no in office or virtual appointments. I was not aware that Baptist Health had a virtual healthcare option. It was such a blessing not having to leave home sit in an urgent care or ER for possibly hours waiting to be seen.

Easy to obtain. Excellent interactions either the nurse/ practitioner. Great outcome. I had been ill for 10 days & getting worse when we had planned a big family gathering I wasn’t sure I could attend. With in hours if receiving the medicine I started feeling better. Today I was able to walk & do things I hadn’t done since I was sick.

Appointment was actually made available earlier than scheduled which was nice. The dr. Was very friendly and helpful. She was able to help me right away with an antibiotic prescription. Very good experience and I would use again.

This is the first time I have used, “your office”, so I am speaking based on that. The experience was great, and so was NP Vlasek…and a big shout-out to the scheduler. I got two for one…the ulcer in my throat was prescribed the right stuff, I feel loads better, and I was able to share some of my current life challenges. Next time I need a virtual visit I will ask for Meagan Vlasek NP.

My first Time having a virtual appointment. Everyone one was so helpful getting me on call with NP , I was very pleased with being able to explain my health issues and being able to get labs & imaging test order same day. It was a great experience that I will surely call call again.

I loved how attentive and caring the nurse was. She really heard me and answered all questions I had. I didn’t feel rushed. It was my first time meeting with her and I felt comfortable right away. That’s a great nurse!

Could not get an appointment & was able to get a virtual visit within an hour. Was diagnosed in minutes and got my meds called in fast. This allowed me to attend a weekend wedding I would of otherwise missed. It was the best and didn't even know I could do a virtual visit. Great experience & will do it again if I get sick again at the end of the week. Thanks for having virtual visits.

It was so much easier than going to the office. I was feeling really bad and didn't fell like getting dressed and driving to the office. It was so nice and the young lady was personable and took care of me very well. I will use this service in the future for sure and recommend it to others. Everything and this virtual call absolutely topped off my extreme satisfaction with Baptist Primary Care in Callahan…all the staff and of course my physician, Dr [last name]. They are all very caring and compassionate. The lady PA that did my virtual (scheduled for same day I called and within a couple of hours) was extremely professional, knowledgeable and compassionate.
