I just had my first face to face with Kathleen so I really can’t speak over last 12 months. But I would rate my appointment with her this first time as a 10. Very good. I feel very good at this point at having her as my primary.

..Dr Houston has always been on top my conditions, and has a broad knowledge of parameters and scope of treatments.. as we all age, i know some day She will retire, Whenever that occurs, i assume the administration has the foresight to bring in the replacement in time to be briefed by Dr Houston, on her cases, and all Dr's patients notified Long before any Retirement takes place. that's just a No Brainer, unless you are looking to have patients going elsewhere...

I am very pleased with the care I receive from PA Katie Toepke. I feel very comfortable discussing medical concerns with her . She’s and her nurse have helped me work through tests and requirements to be approved for portable oxygen through Medicare and CareLink.

Dr Houston is an excellent physician! I am sad she is leaving the practice! I wish Mi Michigan had not put such difficult restrictions on things like how long the doctor can spend per patient! There is so much paper work and areas needing attention in a Medicare wellness exam. MiMichigan seems to be encouraging the doctor to cut corners which is a risk for patients.

I am extremely sad that Doctor Houston is retiring. This is years earlier than it should be happening. There is going to be a lack of quality doctors in Midland due to poor administrative decisions regarding patient care.
