Very nice doctor and very clear on what she has to say and she also makes sure that you understand what you need to do if she prescribes the medication. And what kind of side effects it might have.

Limited visits have been fine. Texts and notifications for appointment were TOO numerous and obnoxious. I am not senile and do not need all those reminders!. One is sufficient.

Sad that MisMichigan is losing her - and I will probably need to leave the system to get properly scheduled medical care. Short sighted decisions is going to hurt the bottom line at your institution.

I think Dr VanSumeren is one of the best doctors ever. He listens to your concerns, talks to you as you master and in a language you can understand. He always addresses all your concerns and any that he may have. I couldn't ask for a better doctor and I'd recommend him to all my family and friends. He is the best!

Kenneth VanSumeren is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, respectful and dedicated to his patients. Kenneth lets the patient ask questions, express concerns and interacts extremely well on the patients behalf. I feel comfortable and satisfied with the outcome fr I m my office visits. If you’re looking for a primary care provider, Monica is excellent. She listens to every issue and takes each symptom into account when ordering tests. She follows up the next business day to see if your symptoms are resolved or responding to prescribed medications if applicable. I highly recommend her.
