I would definitely recommend him but unfortunately he is leaving the practice and no other provider in this practice is taking his patient which is very upsetting to be told to go out and find another provider outside this practice.

outstanding Dr. listens to you and does NOT rush you thru appt. always available and to give referrals for other things looks at you not at other places acts like YOU are important person and well versed on ALL your surgeries accidents like falling with forehead hitting PAYMENT

Very sad to see him return to being a Hospitallist. Loved having him as our PCP. Hope our next PCP is as good, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate as Dr Scott was.

I didn’t have any issues. Dr Steven’s is good listener. Always answers my questions in a way that I understand. Every concern I have with health issues, he will recommend me a a test or x rays etc to find out if I was ok or not.

Dr. Steven's is going to be truly missed as a PCP. We have to start from scratch to find another PCP that can live up to him. It took us a while to find him too. We want someone who will work with us. We want someone who share our thought process in our medical care. It's supposed to be a team effort, and not "I'm the doctor and what I say goes". The patient and their family probably know what is normal for the person than the doctor. Doctor's only see patients ever so often. Family is with them just about every day. I truly hope we can find another doctor who "FITS OUR FAMILY" after he's gone from the practice. Please bring in someone equal to his Medical Philosophy. That is why he is so liked and has good reviews.

My experience with Dr. Steven's was always excellent. I am about having a panic attack regarding his leaving. NOT VERY HAPPY about it. Seems like he just got here, now I need to find someone else. Why does this so often happen with MyMichigan? Something needs to change. Being on Medicare, I know how difficult it is to find someone who will take me. Not a good situation many of us are in.

Love Dr. Stevens new nurse, Tracy. I just got my letter in the mail that Dr. Stevens is leaving his practice and going to the hospital to be hospitalist full time. I wish he would have told me so we could have talked about my care. I am devastated to see him leave. He is an excellent doctor that listened, cared and prescribed meds to help me.

As much as I dread visiting the doctor, I somehow truly enjoy my visits to this office. Dr Stevens make visits upbeat and the following tasks manageable. He helps me understand the importance of these visits, but I’m not overwhelmed by the tasks involved in caring for my health. I actually enjoy my visits to Dr Stevens office.
