I would tell them that the doctor is under a time pressure with their patients. It is difficult to be under such restrictions when you are try to diagnose someone. To much money is spent on the building and not enough with the employees.

Its to bad she is retiring earlier than anticipated. I will most likely find a new doctor outside of mid michigan because mid michigan doesn't care about patients health, there all about the dollar.

Dr. Houston is professional and courteous. She treats you like family and is very concerned about your heath. My health issues are very complex. Dr. Houston keeps up to date in what’s going on in medicine and what is going on with you as a patient when you see other physicians. She just informed me that she was going to retire in Aug. The hospital needs to be proactive in keeping her on staff. None of the other Physicians in her office are taking new patients. She would like to work another two years but doesn’t want to start over from square one. Please do want needs to be done to keep Dr. Houston on staff. Thank you in advance. What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Roschelle Houston is a very caring provider who takes the time to listen to my concerns. She is a very thorough provider and I feel very comfortable and confident under her care. She seemed a bit more rushed this time than in the past. I forgot to bring my employment paperwork with me but was able to bring it back and she got it signed and back to me without delay.

It’s sad that Dr. Huston is leaving! She will be missing by my wife and I dearly!!! The medical system she works for should do what they need to do to keep GOD doctors from leaving. Give them what they want and need!!!

Dr. Houston is very conscientious and has aways provided great explanations regarding any and all medical issues I have faced. If her services were no longer available to me, I would have a difficult time learning and adjusting to new methods.

Dr. Houston is a wonderful doctor. I’ve been going to her for about 20 years and trust her completely with medical decisions. She listens and goes over any choices regarding tests and meds.

Dr.Houston is an excellent caring physician whose concern for the welfare of her patients is genuine. She is knowledgeable and proactive in caring for aging patients. If she leaves, it will be because admin. is trying to dictate how long she may spend with each patient, limiting her to 30 minutes.

Dr. Houston is a personable caring physician. She is very thorough at each exam. As I get older, she is being proactive to keep me in good health. She will leave if forced to limit exams to 30 minutes. Listen to her needs!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
that i have received ex evaluations and final treatments for 20 years from Dr Houston and staff, that virtually ultimately kept me alive. Lately, however, i have observed the whole office and Staff being Rushed.. No Time anymore for extended discussions on treatment criterea. if i want to pursue my Cancer questions, my office visit times are limited, and some of the Staff i would see , have left.. thats puzzling. Now, if i want some serious treatment discussions, i will have to make additional appointment times, because actual in office, patient one on one time, seems to be on the Clock, so to speak. at this point, i am considering Leaving the , my Michi Health, and going to a private practice to get what i used to have for the PAST 20 YEARS WITH THIS SYSTEM.. SAD..SAD.. I would recommend seeing Dr Houston , only if She went into a private practice, where She could once again have More patient Time.

This is beginning to get less and less in our health care system most providers are rushed and you feel it is all about money . Not with. Dr Houston.
