I'm generally very satisfied with my care, but the length of time it takes to get in is unacceptable. I had an issue for which I wanted and expected to get in in a reasonable amount of time. It took 7 weeks to get an appointment! It wasn't an emergency, but it was an urgent issue to my quality of life.

I really like Dr Houston and her MA Rachel. They always are very aware of me and my husbands situation. Concerned about his health and my emotional and physical states. He has veterans insurance but before he switched Dr Houston was his PCP. They always ask how he is doing.

The best in every area, including the staff. On another note, My Michigan has the most user-friendly patient portal. I deal with one doctor at McClaren, and they pale in comparison to My Michigan.
