I would not recommend the office management to my friends or family. Over the years it has becoming increasingly more difficult to see my doctor for sickness because they have overbooked her. The management has caused my doctor to shorten the time I can have with her to talk about issues. I feel she is rushed because of management. I have given up and just go to urgent care. The office has not called me back on occasion. Did not have my labs ordered for upcoming well visit. Which then I found out was I new policy which is an awful one. I want to talk about my labs at my annual physical. The front desk staff at times have been unkind over the years. Dr. Huston is the reason I stuck it out there for so long. She is a great doctor. But over the last 18 years I have seen management hand cuff her and make it difficult for her to do her practice.

Dr. Houston is awesome! She is knowledgeable and compassionate. She always takes the time to make sure you are doing well as a whole, not just the current issue at hand. I trust her completely and have told my family. My daughter now sees her as her doctor and would agree with me.

I would tell them that the doctor is under a time pressure with their patients. It is difficult to be under such restrictions when you are try to diagnose someone. To much money is spent on the building and not enough with the employees.

Dr. Houston is professional and courteous. She treats you like family and is very concerned about your heath. My health issues are very complex. Dr. Houston keeps up to date in what’s going on in medicine and what is going on with you as a patient when you see other physicians. She just informed me that she was going to retire in Aug. The hospital needs to be proactive in keeping her on staff. None of the other Physicians in her office are taking new patients. She would like to work another two years but doesn’t want to start over from square one. Please do want needs to be done to keep Dr. Houston on staff. Thank you in advance. Roschelle Houston is a very caring provider who takes the time to listen to my concerns. She is a very thorough provider and I feel very comfortable and confident under her care. She seemed a bit more rushed this time than in the past. I forgot to bring my employment paperwork with me but was able to bring it back and she got it signed and back to me without delay.

It’s sad that Dr. Huston is leaving! She will be missing by my wife and I dearly!!! The medical system she works for should do what they need to do to keep GOD doctors from leaving. Give them what they want and need!!!

Dr. Houston is very conscientious and has aways provided great explanations regarding any and all medical issues I have faced. If her services were no longer available to me, I would have a difficult time learning and adjusting to new methods.
