Cares about what i say, my way of thinking and explaining my medical concerns. Really shows interest in my medical history and present history.

Dr Chan is easy to talk to and listens to what your saying. She shows concern and asks questions about the issue and gives you choices when there is more than one way to treat the issue. The office is very good about replying to any messages sent through the portal in a timely manner. I have been a patient of Dr Chan since she joined Mid Michigan and all remain with her as long as I can. She is awesome!
