Dr. Chan is wonderful. She wants to make certain that you are healthy and living life to its fullest. She is kind and an excellent listener. Because she is such an excellent listener and truly wants to meet the needs of her patients, she may get a bit behind (hence my response of usually appointments are on time). I would take a delayed appointment any time when I know I have a wonderful, caring doctor.
