Dr Chan is easy to talk to and listens to what your saying. She shows concern and asks questions about the issue and gives you choices when there is more than one way to treat the issue. The office is very good about replying to any messages sent through the portal in a timely manner. I have been a patient of Dr Chan since she joined Mid Michigan and all remain with her as long as I can. She is awesome!

Maria is outstanding. She is the best doctor I've ever had. She knows me and is aware of my health needs and always follows up with my last visit. She is on top of everything concerning my health. I can't say enough about the quality of care I receive from Dr.Chan. I hope she is my last doctor. I don't think I could be as happy with anyone else

Dr Chan is very personable and caring, she listens. She bones up on your case file prior to coming into the exam room so she knows what's happening with you and can speak knowledeably and be up to date on your case. She commiserate with you on frustrations and tries to help find ways to get the answers needed. I am very glad I switched PCPs!!!

My visit was excellent. I have issues as many of us do. I have an anxiety disorder that can make life very debilitating during episodes as it can come on for little reason. The staff know about this and when I first went in I was taken into a little separate room to relax and talk with an assistant. This really helped to calm me. This is just one part of the caring that I received. My anxiety is much more controlled now than it has been for the last 15 years. However very much still there at times and the little extra relax time really worked wonders for me and set me up for a better visit, more relaxed.

Dr Chan and her Staff always get back to me when I need them. I would recommend Dr Chan and Staff to friends and family for medical care. I was referred years ago to her office.
