Dr Kadaj is not a pill pusher. He prefers changes to diet and exercise to address issues vs more medications. Both my wife and I appreciate this approach and it has served me well so far.

Dr. Kadaj and his team are all very courteous and friendly. They are respectful also and listen to what my thoughts are on any given medical subject. The exam I had was thorough and it only took about half an hour.

There is a disconnect as the policy has changed between patients and doctors at the campus ridge facilities. The time limits on doctor visits and the rule to only address 3 problems of concern is not only ludicrous but dangerous. This policy whoever designed most likely has never been an elder or have multifaceted disorders. I was told the institution makes more money with this policy. I am not a policy and when I need to see a doctor I don't want to wait 2 to 3 weeks or better yet go to urgent care or the ER. The ER is not a place for patients who are not an emergency. So the hospital collects double for the visit that should have been taken by their doctor. This is not like going to a grocery store and use the self check out because that's how its made patients feel. The staff even displays it within their voice, their body language and attitude. I don't have to deal with an unwelcome attitude upon waiting for the doctor. Something needs to change or patients will discover the new ph

He’s only able to see you for 15 mins. This last visit he wasn’t able to give me an answer I had because he went into another patient room. He checks his watch. His staff didn’t follow up on a call to another Dr for a letter I needed. Sarah, is over worked. It’s just not the same of quality care I’m use to getting in their office.

Have always been incredibly happy with Dr Kadaj and staff. Excellent care. I am hoping MyMichigan retains such a compassionate, caring and skilled professional and his staff. We need him in this community! A quality physician and a wonderful staff are hard to come by...please treat them with care so they will continue providing exceptional care to their patients! I’m [AGE] years old and Dr. Kadaj is by far one of the best doctors Ive ever had . He is motivated , a great listener and incredibly informed on all the issues I have had . If I had the power to design a doctor he would be the template I would use.
