You will not find a better doctor. I’m am going on [AGE] years old and have had a number of physicians during my life time . Dr. Kadaj incorporates the best qualified of all these doctors . His knowledge demeanor ability to listen and solve issues is of the highest standards. If I could design a physician he would definitely resemble Dr. Kadaj in all aspects.

I am a leukemia survivor and have a myriad of conditions related to leukemia/bone marrow transplant . I simply can’t begin to express my gratitude for Dr, Kadaj’s professionalism and compassion! He is warm, relaxed and knowledgeable! I just feel when I see him that I can trust him with hard decisions about my health post transplant and there are many!

He tells me he was educated & trained for the average patient & my health problems are often beyond his scope. He is cooperative in making referrals I ask for. There is neither encouragement or discouragement however is often pessimistic about treatments from other providers. This can be anxiety provoking for me rather than supportive. I would like to look forward to seeing him rather than fearful! I would like him to be more curious, looking into things, asking questions, researching. I want to walk out knowing I was heard vs not understood or heard or helped.

Dr Kadaj is not a pill pusher. He prefers changes to diet and exercise to address issues vs more medications. Both my wife and I appreciate this approach and it has served me well so far.

Dr. Kadaj and his team are all very courteous and friendly. They are respectful also and listen to what my thoughts are on any given medical subject. The exam I had was thorough and it only took about half an hour.

Dr. Kadaj is the most knowledgeable doctor I have ever had. After a recent visit to your Midland ER, I was able to see Dr. Kadaj for a follow up visit. He listened carefully to my concerns and then explained my new diagnosis in great detail and what exactly the treatment would entail. He referred me to a specialist to confirm the diagnosis and ordered the necessary blood tests. He reassured me that I could contact his office at any time with any questions or concerns. He is the absolute best!

Dr. Kadaj is the most knowledgeable, caring physician I have ever seen. He listens carefully to your concerns and explains all necessary treatments in great detail. He always helps to set goals to keep you healthy. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Very impressed with his knowledge, explaining every problem, procedure and medication applicable. He’s very approachable and kind. Always on time, never seems to rush you through for the next patient. Staff has been courteous and always responding to questions quicker than expected. Thanks to a wonderful doctor and staff.

There is a disconnect as the policy has changed between patients and doctors at the campus ridge facilities. The time limits on doctor visits and the rule to only address 3 problems of concern is not only ludicrous but dangerous. This policy whoever designed most likely has never been an elder or have multifaceted disorders. I was told the institution makes more money with this policy. I am not a policy and when I need to see a doctor I don't want to wait 2 to 3 weeks or better yet go to urgent care or the ER. The ER is not a place for patients who are not an emergency. So the hospital collects double for the visit that should have been taken by their doctor. This is not like going to a grocery store and use the self check out because that's how its made patients feel. The staff even displays it within their voice, their body language and attitude. I don't have to deal with an unwelcome attitude upon waiting for the doctor. Something needs to change or patients will discover the new ph

He’s only able to see you for 15 mins. This last visit he wasn’t able to give me an answer I had because he went into another patient room. He checks his watch. His staff didn’t follow up on a call to another Dr for a letter I needed. Sarah, is over worked. It’s just not the same of quality care I’m use to getting in their office.

Have always been incredibly happy with Dr Kadaj and staff. Excellent care. I am hoping MyMichigan retains such a compassionate, caring and skilled professional and his staff. We need him in this community! A quality physician and a wonderful staff are hard to come by...please treat them with care so they will continue providing exceptional care to their patients! I’m [AGE] years old and Dr. Kadaj is by far one of the best doctors Ive ever had . He is motivated , a great listener and incredibly informed on all the issues I have had . If I had the power to design a doctor he would be the template I would use.
