He actually called me at home on a Friday night encouraging me to get an ultrasound that weekend to ensure I didn’t have a blood clot. I’ve never had a communication like that before. I appreciate the extra effort he went to.

Dr Philip Kadaj is a EXCELLENT doctor. While most of his staff are very good, it is extremely difficult to get them to fill out & submit proper documentation to get prescriptions filled.

Dr. Kadaj is extremely knowledgeable, a great listener, is kind and considerate, and has a great sense of humor. He always goes over my blood work and explains what the results mean. He helps me set goals for the year to keep me healthy. He checks my chart to see if there are any tests that I need to get done and always asks if I have any questions or concerns about my health. Dr. Kadaj always encourages me to stay active and always has suggestions for ways to do that. I am grateful that our family's health is in such great hands.

This was my first visit w Dr. Kadaj. I was absolutely impressed!! He was kind, thorough and listened to my responses very respectfully. I am a leukemia ( AML ) /bone marrow transplant survivor and I have a really good “ vibe “ that if I have a problem unrelated to the leukemia, he would be aggressive about finding a perfect solution ( I have about 20 other doctors at UM and a few in Midland . Accolades to his staff, too. Extremely polite and each of the few times I have called I have gotten a prompt response. You can’t imagine how much that means as I juggle so many physicians and appointments. The professionalism of Dr. Kadaj’s staff is top -notch!!! So many people in and out when I was there but each staff member kept his/her “cool” and welcoming ambiance.

ON [date] WE HAD DR KADAJ'S LAST APPOINTMENT FOR THE DAY. THERE WERE 3 OF US IN THE ROOM WITH HIM. DR KADAJ WAS NEVER IN A HURRY AND ANSWERED OUR MANY QUESTION. HE WAS AT EASE THROUGH IT ALL AND LEFT HIS OFFICE AFTER HIS DAY SHOULD HAVE DONE.
