What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr is very professional and friendly. She is easy to talk to and listens well. Dr wrote a prescription for a supplement to my thyroid replacement medicine. After four days the script was not at my pharmacy so I called the office. I was told the mechanism for calling in the script had not worked properly and they would resubmit it. Three days later the pharmacy still did not have the script. I called again and was given the same excuse. When I ask how we could resolve this issue, I was told that the person I was speaking to was not the person who submitted prescriptions and she would simply send the request to the proper person and hopefully this time the system would work properly. I think at this point, more could have been offered to me than this. I feel I was being told “sorry for your luck. Hope this time we get this right.”

The provider is knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and personable. Asks questions, listens to patient’s questions and concerns, and provides answers and explanations that are thorough. Office staff are also friendly and professional.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Tadros-Norton is very thorough, listens to any concerns, and follows-up as needed with any referrals, tests, etc. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner! I would highly recommend her as a PCP.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
If you’re looking for a primary care provider, Monica is excellent. She listens to every issue and takes each symptom into account when ordering tests. She follows up the next business day to see if your symptoms are resolved or responding to prescribed medications if applicable. I highly recommend her.

Everyone in the office is very friendly. Doctor gave me an hour of her time for my annual physical. I prefer a natural approach to healing/prevention and the doctor is aware of that, not sure she really gets me but seems to respect that.

I just got the impression that she didn't really care all that much. Perhaps she was just having a bad day. My first visit was better my second visit left me with that feeling of indifference.

This office is always just wonderful to work with. The people are kind and friendly and prompt. Dr Norton is on top of every single issue I could even think of. She's the best.

She’s an excellent physician. I am disappointed though that the administration at the hospital has reduced the time she can spend with me at one visit. I needed two visits days apart in order to get my list of six items reviewed. This was not only inconvenient for me, but I also had to pay for two copayments.

Dr Tadross is very professional while still explaining things in a way I always understand. She's very kind and honest. I have recommended her to anyone who asks. For the first time in my life, I'm not nervous or uncomfortable when my appointments are approaching.
