This was my first visit with Dr Tadros Norton, as my previous internist recently retired. I was very pleased with the care I received from both her and her office staff and look forward to continuing with her.

Dr Norton is leaving. She made sure we had another provider. My husband and I found her very easy to talk to and very thorough. We are sad she is leaving. But glad we are able to stay with the same office.

Knowledgeable. Thorough. Not the most sociable or ’put-you-at-ease personality. Seems focused on getting thru the checklist of things on her computer rather than actually engaging with you. So far she’s been good at following up after tests to explain the results. I have no complaints for the care I’ve received.

The office staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr. radios Norton is a caring doctor with a friendly but professional manner. She always follows up with me after labs and is genuinely concerned when I am in the office, offering constructive suggestions and advice.

I would tell them that the provider and her team continue to be excellent, but that, overall, the system they are in is becoming blatantly corporate and more focused on making the most money rather than helping people the most. There seems to be an excessive number of appointments needed to fulfill the smallest requests, and while Dr. Tadros and her team are always fantastic to work with, it’s frustrating to have to see them as often as I do when I’m pretty healthy, and I can’t imagine what that starts to look like for people who need more serious care.

Dr. Norton seems to be a good doctor, only hindered by the limit on time per patient and having to have her eyes on the computer records, resulting in multi-tasking instead of directly listening and looking at her patient for most of the appointment. I think this is out of her control, but it would have been appreciated. I know it is not her fault. I would not say that to anyone, and I would recommend her as a good doctor to go to because she really is.

Dr is very professional and friendly. She is easy to talk to and listens well. Dr wrote a prescription for a supplement to my thyroid replacement medicine. After four days the script was not at my pharmacy so I called the office. I was told the mechanism for calling in the script had not worked properly and they would resubmit it. Three days later the pharmacy still did not have the script. I called again and was given the same excuse. When I ask how we could resolve this issue, I was told that the person I was speaking to was not the person who submitted prescriptions and she would simply send the request to the proper person and hopefully this time the system would work properly. I think at this point, more could have been offered to me than this. I feel I was being told “sorry for your luck. Hope this time we get this right.”

Dr. Tadros-Norton is very thorough, listens to any concerns, and follows-up as needed with any referrals, tests, etc. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner! I would highly recommend her as a PCP.
