What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Monica Tadros Norton is an awesome Doctor. She gets right to the point and does her best to diagnose and treat you for the needs and health problems you have. She never belittles or scoldes you if your blood sugar numbers are too high or if your blood pressure and cholesterol numbers are too high. She helps you find the balance with all your medications and adjusts the dosages. She is very personable and listens to you intently. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Being an older adult sometimes the doctors don't listen to you. She listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. I am happy to have her as my doctor.

I don't know where to start. I have been with another practice within the system for a year and have had great difficulty being heard or getting medical help. Dr. Tadros Norton and Molly provided the type of health care I have been searching for in Midland. The questions they asked, the Information shared and explanations provided allowed us to work together to search for answers. Dr. Monica made referrals and ordered tests. Her office and the referring practices have all reached out and established the necessary appointments and procedures going forward.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Any problem or misunderstandingis was on my part, caused by age, [age], lack of computer skills, compulsion, and or anxiety which are major symptoms of my sleeping disorder. I am fortunate to have a new doctor that is as caring as Dr. Norton, and patient enough to deal with my symptoms.

A few years ago my wife and l lost what we thought was the best doctor when he moved on. Bouncing from an PA to an NP and now with Doc Monica l wouldn't have thought it possible I'd ever have such a good repore with a primary doctor again. She's great and l concider myself fortunate, happy l was able to make the switch.

Dr Monica Norton and her staff were attentive, kind, and understanding. I have a complicated medical history and Dr Norton listened through it all asking questions along the way. I’m excited to work with them and have all of my doctors on the same page again.
