What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Waited a long time before the Doctor came into the room after the nurse was finished. About 45min or more and it seemed everyone was gone so I thought I was forgotten. The doctor is new to me and I don’t know her routine. 😗

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I have only had two appointments with the provider so far. The first was introductory. It went well but took about 4 months to get the appointment. Last week I had my second appointment. We shared good conversation and the provider’s questions were on point. I like the fact she was participating and actively listening instead of being lost in a computer reading questions to fill in the required forms. In my opinion, Dr. Tadros-Nelson represents MyMichigan well. I would recommend her.

This was.my first meeting with Dr. Norton. I feel neutral about my first meeting. I didn't feel she was familiar with my background and I didn't. Get any discussion of.my present condition, lab results or any assessment of potential problems, etc.

Dr.Tadros-Norton is solid?The world needs more people like her! Her staff is always kind and courteous. I always feel listened to and cared for when I am there.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I am so pleased to have moved to Midland and found a primary care physician that I feel comfortable with and trust my medical care with. That's not always easy to do. Dr. Norton listens carefully when I speak and never makes me feel that I am not important. She never gives the impression that she doesn't have time to hear my concerns and that is a good feeling.

Every person I come in contact I tell them to go to her as a provider. She is highly knowledgeable and most importantly very very empathetic to my current situation. She never rushes me through my appointment and explains things so I can understand them. She is so intelligent and kind.

Dr. Monica Norton took extra time after hours to meet with me and my wife to go over test results and she made sure we understood everything and had a plan going forward. She is a Good doctor that cares about you and your needs. I wish she was my doctor years ago.
