Heather is always great at explaining everything to me in detail. She also explains to me how my meds impact me if I need to eliminate something that I'm taking that's going to impact something else that is a medical issue that I have , not all Dr have taken this step to do this . Due to the fact I have some multiple issues/ concerns it's extremely important to watch how ALLy meds Interact now so I have to be cautious in what I ingest in some cases so that it doesn't effect me in another situation medically .

Kylee Black was very good. She listened and cared. She seemed to be very knowledgeable and confident with the testing that should be done and what results would be expected. I would definitely suggest her to someone else. I was extremely impressed with the young lady that did my vitals and through my medical records. I’m not sure if she was a nurse or a technician, but she seemed to be very knowledgeable and confident also. Plus they were very nice. I also would like to thank Kylee for seeing me, because I was late. I had some things beyond my control that created the issue of being late.

Kylee and/or the nurse who monitors the My Chart questions are excellent! I always had a response within 24 hours and sometimes within the hour. Very comforting to have the attention.

Dr. Sethi is a phenomenal physician- knowledgeable, witty, and truly cares about patient care! I was living with untreated [ ] for far too long. After a while I normalized [ ], and [ ]. Dr. Sethi explained in a compassionate but direct way, the long term damage that could potentially happen. He took a lot of time ensuring my prior authorization was approved, and I have been [ ] since the end of [ ]. Kicking myself for not scheduling and making my health a priority sooner. Would recommend Dr. Sethi to literally everyone! 10/10!

Dr Alam is one of the kindest, caring physicians I have ever seen. He takes his time and truly listens and is incredibly knowledgeable. Front desk team a d nurse/MA were also friendly and made me feel comfortable and cared for.
