Heather is an excellent provider Each time I see her. She's extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. As a nurse myself I really appreciate this. She's also really easy to talk to you and makes you feel at ease to share any issues that you may have. .. There is a Medical assistant, but I do not know her name, but she helped me find my way to the office, because I have not been to the office since they moved. She heard me Ask the information desk the way to the office and she walked up and volunteered to walk me there. That was very kind of her. I'm so sorry that I do not have her name, but she has either very light brown or dark blonde hair.

Brian Fritz and the assistant were both outstanding. I recognize that they must have hundreds or even thousands of patients but at the times of my visits they made me feel like I was their only patient. I was so impressed by how "up" they were on the specifics of my case as well as the consideration for and detailing of my next steps. My wife and Ioved back to Florida about 4 years ago. We decided on Lee Health for our care. We feel we could not have made a better decision as ALL of our health care has been OUTSTANDING. Cheers to Lee Health!!

Heather Holfinger, APRN, was unusual in that she showed great empathy while addressing my concerns. She and her MA, Jodi, paid attention to my symptoms and went out of their way to make certain I was scheduled for testing at a reasonable date in the NEAR future. The two of them obviously work well together to make certain their patient is truly cared for.
