I drove from Marco Island to receive both ER and follow-up care from Jessica Chapon. In both cases Lee Health provided excellent, informative, helpful care. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Hospitals nearer to me and will not return to them. Please thank your ER group and Jessica for a job well done.

The women at the front desk were very courteous and helpful in scheduling the date of the exam as well as documenting my information. Ms. Chapon was very concerned, asked a lot of questions and advised me of what to expect in the near future.

I was so impressed with not only the facility but the staff! I haven’t been to a doctor’s office in quite some time where I felt like I wasn’t a bother. First of all, The facility was beautiful! Very well designed and decorated. Was bright and had a very nice and soothing color scheme. Very well thought out and planned! And Ms Chapon was excellent! She was adorable. You would not want anyone better. She was pleasant and cordial! You don’t see that very often any more! She was very educated and seemed really concerned with my problems and tried to set up the necessary tests to see what is going on and get to the bottom of it. My wife and I were very pleased!
