I like the flexible ways to schedule or reschedule an apportionment . I was extremely late for the first appointment. The staff was really accommodating.

I was very impressed with my voice. This is my first office visit after a hospital stay and I walked away feeling I have a plan of action and knowledge to get better.

Christian at the front desk provided excellent customer service was very helpful and friendly. Jodi, the MA, was also very thorough in helping me understand [ ] instructions. Heather, is an exceptional clinician. She listens to my concerns and formulated a plan of care that is comprehensive for my needs.

Heather Holfinger clearly puts the health of her patients first and foremost. I appreciate that she doesn’t just tell the patient what they want to hear but what they need to hear. She is respectful and patient, explaining medical conditions and implications. She took her time and answered all of my many questions, genuinely interested in me as a person.

Ms Holfinger has great communication skills. She is very knowledgeable and personal. She made my visit very easy. Her assistant Jodi also did a great job explaining everything to me in a very clear way. I had a very good experience,

Dr. Holfinger has been great to me! She listens to what I'm experiencing and I do believe she will help fix my on going stomach issues. I'm so glad someone is finally listening to me. She gave me a diagnosis of irritable bowel syndrome and ordered a procedure to be done. I'm still waiting for the procedure to be rescheduled.
