Heather is an excellent provider Each time I see her. She's extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. As a nurse myself I really appreciate this. She's also really easy to talk to you and makes you feel at ease to share any issues that you may have. .. There is a Medical assistant, but I do not know her name, but she helped me find my way to the office, because I have not been to the office since they moved. She heard me Ask the information desk the way to the office and she walked up and volunteered to walk me there. That was very kind of her. I'm so sorry that I do not have her name, but she has either very light brown or dark blonde hair.

Heather Holfinger, APRN, was unusual in that she showed great empathy while addressing my concerns. She and her MA, Jodi, paid attention to my symptoms and went out of their way to make certain I was scheduled for testing at a reasonable date in the NEAR future. The two of them obviously work well together to make certain their patient is truly cared for.

Heather listens to your concerns, makes very constructive suggestions.She said that she would talk to a doctor about my problems, she did so the next day after seeing me, and then reported at the end of that day, the results of her conversation, which for me was a very satisfying result

Heather gives her undivided attention, expresses concern for my issues, genuinely cares. She allows you to be involved in your own care. Although very professional, she makes you feel very comfortable, like a friend. A lot of patients would rather see a doctor for appointments but, I would rather see her for my gastro care.

Heather and her office staff were amazing! They were kind, considerate, professional, and thorough!!!! Heather is extremely competent in her care!!! They made extra efforts to ensure my comfort when the office was uncontrollably cold and made me feel welcome on my visit! I was able to schedule my colonoscopy and EGD quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a GI specialist!

Dr Holfinger and her staff are ALWAYS professional and attentive. Dr Holfinger explained in a manner I could understand the results of my resent procedure from last week. She orders labs to keep a close eye on my results that could potentially affect my liver stability.
