Every single person at the front desk was friendly and respectful. David, as we were exiting, introduced himself immediately and was very helpful. Jamie Majors spent so much quality time with my husband and me and answered every one of our questions in depth.

The nurse who took my vitals was so friendly and helpful to calm me down. I was extremely nervous about my recent diagnosis and not sure what was going to happen. I felt like the practice was going to care about me just by the way she reassured me. I wish I remembered her name but I was just too nervous.

Janie, was very helpful giving me diet tips. Which I will try. Very easy to talk too. Janie spent a lot of time with me. The only thing that is a problem. Communication with providers in [ ]. My nurse practitioner at home Gi office and Ann Arbor Dr. not having [ ] to discuss and for Janie to see. That should be easier for the patient and providers here.

Jamie Majors is very diligent and knowledgeable in her approach to her patients concerns and care. She takes her time, I didn't feel rushed. She answers all questions and is a very personal person making me feel at ease during my visit with her. Clone her she is a keeper need more like her!

Jay was an integral part of me coming on as a new patient. Half of my doctors are with Lee and two of the others were with Millennium. I expressed the desire to move everything over to Lee health and provided her with all copies of [ ] etc. She was very patient and understanding and made copies of all these documents so I would have them ready for my first appointment which I was hoping would be with the surgeon as I am now going to have a [ ] done. I was not able to meet With him but met with a nurse practitioner, who I liked very much but because I am a new patient and I do have some other medical issues that I consider important, I was not able to discuss this with the dr which I was very disappointed with. . I again stopped by the office and spoke to Jay again she sat down with me and we discussed some of those things. She is truly an asset to your practice.

Was very comfortable with Jamie. She had questions for me when she came in. Usually they ask me questions first. Was very pleased with my visit with her.

I really like Jamie majors my nurse practitioner. She spent time with me to explain the three procedures that I had done at Lee Health , [ ]. I could not understand all of the reports, but she took the time to go through them with me and it made me feel a lot better that I understand, my health better. She is a very patient person and very personable. Thank you.
