The receptionist that checked me in on this particular day was kind, listened, attempted to get me a rtn appt for 2wks as requested per the provider, though there were none available and I so was pushed out 4wks.

All the staff worked together to address my my medical issues. This was very comforting, since I am from out of state out of and received emergency care.

Everyone was outstanding during my visit, but Vanessa was the best. The way she cared about my concerns was amazing. She listened, she answered all my questions, and those she could not, she stated that she would look into them. What really blew me, is when I received a message at 6pm in my MyChart regarding results from a previous procedure completed last year with another doctor. She didn't allow it to wait until later, she took the extra time needed to read over and email me what was needed. The next morning her staff called me to make sure I was okay and took their time to explain everything to me. The staff even sent over things to help me through my process. I don't get Thai same treatment with my PCP or her staff. Messages are left with no response for days. I even missed a procedure due to their lack of concern. So yes, Vanessa, the office staff, and everyone who played a part in my care were overly outstanding.

I had a great, thorough visit with Vanessa. She explained the plan to determine what diagnosis I may have and I appreciated that she didn’t order every [ ] at once. Surprisingly the Medical Assistant was able to get me scheduled for a [ ] within 2 weeks when normal wait time is months out - much appreciated. Front desk could not be more friendly - such a sweetheart (sorry forgot her name).
