Dr. Fritz was friendly, direct, and to the point, He was almost like talking to a friend. He explained everything we were going to try and scheduled labs and a follow up appointment. He gave me samples to try that helped me greatly. I could not have had a better visit.

Dr.Fritz was wonderful. I was so excited when I left. He really cared about my conditions and was so pleasant to talk with. I am SO glad I saw him. Also, his assistant Maria, was as sweet and lovely as can be. I felt like I was talking to my best friend, not a medical professional. And lastly, David, Customer Care Operations, is the ONLY reason I came to see Dr. Fritz. He called me a few times and helped me make the decision to see Dr. Fritz. I can't thank David enough. Great GI docs are hard to find in my area. I was thrilled with my experience. I look forward to seeing these three people every time I visit there. Thank you for making them available to me.

The visit was outstanding. Doctor was well prepared which just amaze me. He didn’t have to go looking in my chart. He was able to discuss my condition and treatment and a way for me to understand everything. This was my first visit with him and I was amazed with his professionalism and knowledge.

Google maps gave me the run around when trying to find the office. I had left home an hour and 15 min to my appt. They were able to guide me over the phone to the building as well as reschedule the appt I had missed for a half hour later. I was very impressed!

Brian is very knowledgeable and caring. He is able to coordinate a large amount of information and come up with a plan of action. Very impressed with how quickly he scheduled the needed [ ]. A lot of team work observed with other staff. I visited the office to make an appointment and I saw Brian one hour later. Pretty impressive in these days when you wait several months for an appointment.
