Took almost a year to get this appointment. Follow ups can't even be scheduled as they don't have any appointments. So we sit on a wait list that never happens. Poor service to have to wait months to a year to see a doctor one time. There is nothing personal about that at all. The staff and doctor can be great but does no good if they are not consistent with patients care.

The staff at this office are so professional and the teamwork is noticed. Vashti at the front desk was kind and explained what she was doing, Ruthie was kind, calming and she made me laugh. Tasha is amazing! She is so knowledgeable. She gave me options and choices. She is very calming and kind. He professional is top notch! I am so grateful for the team at MPO. David at checkout was very kind as well. I loved how Ruthie walked me to David and stood with me talking while I waited to be taken care of by David. She introduced me to him, thanked me for coming and turned me over to David's care. Excellent job team!!!

The young lady at the end of my visit who suggested using a pen to mark my arm where I had had an issue with an IV port. She made a recommendation to use a pen to track the progress of a possible infection. I took her advice, and sure enough she was correct. I want to thank her for sharing that with me
