My meeting with the surgeon was excellent and he seemed very knowledgeable. My issue is with wait time to get an [ ] performed. As I sit here in [ ] tbe Dr. office and Lee Memorial/Lee Health are having me complete a bunch of hurdles to even get the [ ] performed. If I don’t have things on track by later today I am going to make arrangements to visit another Dr./hospital at NCH or Physician Regional in Naples.

Dr. Fleischer and the whole staff are a pleasure to be with and work with. I've been in a few Medical practice offices recently and they could learn a few things by watching and imitating Dr. Fleischer and his group. They make difficult situations much less stressful and make the patient feel confident and comfortable being in their care.

I can't say enough about Dr. Argenio and how thankful I am that she was available to address my healthcare needs. Dr. Argenio was able to help me immediately with a rather painful condition and successfully treated me promptly and professionally. I was able to get an appointment in 2 days from time of call...VERY impressive. Dr. Negrete is very personable. Conversing was easy and respectful. Visit was efficient and covered the 2 things of concern to me, not just the referral issue. Teamwork was excellent.

Starsia is an outstanding nurse. She is kind, thoughtful, caring and very nice person. You are very lucky to have her. The same goes for the rest of your staff.
