Entire experience was positive. From scheduler on the telephone to front desk rep, to intake nurse, to Doctor and finishing with nurse assistant that explained pre surgery procedures and saw me out of the office - all were very professional and friendly.

Dr Lindsay was so great, she listened to my issue, assessed the issue and provided me how to care for my wound and gave me her cell number in case I had any issue over the weekend. She really showed she cared and I was thankful for assessment and that I did not need to have surgery.

Dr. Berbiglia and the nursing staff were/are outstanding. I have taught anatomy and physiology in college and was impressed at how she simplified her explanation of the issues and possible courses of treatment. The nurses and front office staff were also outstanding.

Tina, the intake nurse, was very pleasant and had a very positive approach. Dr Berbiglia was awesome from beginning to end of her time with me—level of knowledge, manner in explaining my condition, plan of care, etc.

Excellent care, one of my best experiences so far. Everyone listened thoroughly and left detailed notes in my chart. I appreciate the notes a lot, for if I have questions in the future and need to recall what I was advised. Thank you for the quick and helpful visit.

The ER staff on duty [ ]s were outstanding. Helpful, considerate and caring. The ICU staff were over the top GREAT. Kristian, Brynn [ ], Sydney and Tom were truly a God send for us during our experience. We never had to ask for anything always polite and professional without being condescending. They always spoke with us in language we understood, not medical terminology. They really are the true backbone of the medical profession. Although we only mention these 4 in particular the entire ICU staff deserves praise. Just pay them more to keep them in our county. THE BEST

The whole team was very good. Dr Berbiglia kept in touch with me after surgery and was able to guide me through some tough times and always got back to me in a timely fashion. She was great throughout.
