Dr. Martucci and Bonnie were polite, professional, and personable. You get a real sense of caring the way they treat you and address your health concerns by speaking in layman's terms so you can actively do your part. These are the people you want on your medical team.

I’m happy to say everyone was great…friendly & efficient front desk staff, the Medical Technician Monty also made my visit as he was reviewing my medical history & checking VS, he was so nice & upbeat. Kary reviewed all my information & paperwork for upcoming [ ]…preoperative & postoperative instructions, very thorough! Heather scheduled my [ ] quickly made it so easy! Dr. Martucci has an excellent team working with him to care for his patients. Dr. Martucci impressed me with his ability to relieve any of my concerns about surgery by providing thorough explanations about everything. Dr. Martucci is a great listener, he acknowledged my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. Thanks Dr. Martucci to you & your staff for your excellent care!

In addition to the excellent service and professionalism, I also want to congratulate Doc Jean Pierre Martucci for his excellent knowledge of the Portuguese language, which really surprised and pleased me!

Dr Martucci was very friendly and professional he took the time to sit right beside me and speak to me about my health unlike most doctors that sit across the room and when he spoke he was looking at me instead of away from me. more doctors should follow his example

Dr. Martucci is amazing !! He is professional is every sense of the word. His patience with all my questions and his kindness meant so much to me . I felt very comfortable and is excellent hands . I cannot say enough good things he’s amazing and I was very pleased with his staff and nurse Melinda was outstanding ! This is the nicest most caring team of professionals I have ever encountered in my 64 years . Thank you Dr. Martucci ! And yes there are angels on earth and he is one of them!!

The Dr was very informative about the procedure and how it was going to take place. He also showed me a diagram of what was causing my problem. I was very impressed with his time and info he provided me. He's definitely a #1 Dr in my book !!

Dr. Martucci was exceptionally communicative, thoughtful, and a positive interview. He looks you in the eye when consulting and listens intently to your responses, all of which are comforting to the patient. I felt lucky to have had him as my solution to a difficult problem.

He explained my options pursuant to possible surgery. Took the time and discussed it at length in layman‘s terms so my wife and I have a full understanding.

Bonnie has been excellent through a trying time for me. She's exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable, listens and interacts in a way that makes me feel welcome and well cared for. Dr. Martucci has been a godsend. His medical knowledge and capability is excellent. Just as important to me after a [ ] has been his bedside manner, his compassion, and his amazing willingness to make himself available to me at any time whether for medical questions, or for support. Before my recent visit with Dr. Martucci ([ ]), I was stressed, anxious, frightened. Dr. Martucci seemed to sense that and sat with me and my significant other for as long as we needed. He answered my questions, showed compassion and understanding, and assuaged my fears. I left feeling relief and optimism after allowing myself to degrade mentally somewhat prior to the visit. I'd recommend the staff at that office to anyone without hesitation. I'm thankful beyond words to be under Dr. Martucci's care.

Dr. Martucci Melo, and team, is now the ONLY Dr I trust and have faith in. Him and his crew will and forever be part of me and my family. He truly cares and recognizes the care for a patient and his patients family. I'm not usually a fan of going to the doctors but with this office I'd do whatever it takes for them. I put my life in their hands and I know I will be okay.

I was so impressed with everyone at my visit from scheduling ( Misti) to front desk (Ronda) to Dr. Martucci to Monty, everyone was very professional, nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Honestly, it was the best experience I have ever had at a medical office.

Dr. Martucci's concern and care for his patients is remarkable in this day and age. His ability to explain treatments, conditions , side effects, etc. is outstanding! He even e listens to the patient, giving them time to ask more questions as well. I can't think of a more compassionate doctor in my life, of which he saved, duteto his operation on my stomach... I will never be able to thank him enough! [ ]
