Entire staff was happy, friendly and approachable. Dr Martucci Melo has an easy going personality and was more interested in being sure my [ ] was from the designated [ ] from testing. He wasn't pushing [ ]. Refreshing doctor.

Dr. Martucci is very hands on and treats you as a family member with personal care from start to finish. He is the most caring doctor I have seen in a long time. His team is tops and cares about him and his patience. Wish there were more doctors and people like Dr MATUCCI in the world.

Everyone I encountered on my visit went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. I never felt rushed at any time. The staff and Dr. Martucci exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate their kindness and attention. I would highly recommend Dr. Martucci and his staff.

Everyone was amazing! I was scheduled as an [ ]. The front desk kept me informed of how long I was going to wait, which wasn't long. The check in nurse was informative about what was going to happen during my apt and made me feel very comfortable when taking [ ], which I HATE. The surgeon talked with me and never made me feel rushed. He made sure it was my decision to have the [ ] and explained all the test results and what was going on with my [ ]. I felt heard, valued, and comfortable in my decision to move forward with the [ ]. I am so blessed I was able to find a provider and group of people who really seemed to care about what was happening to me.

Dr. Martucci’s attention to detail was outstanding. Great listening skills, in learning more about me. Great analytical skills in presenting me a way forward with my medical needs. Really have a strong comfort level with him as a potential surgeon.

Dr. Martucci was very kind and understanding when dealing with a delicate matter and being in a vulnerable position. Never felt uncomfortable during my time with Dr. Martucci. The staff was wonderful as well. The nurse was very kind and welcoming and I feel bad as I have forgotten her name, but she was wonderful. 10/10 with my first experience at this location and dealing with those medical professionals!

Dr. Martucci and Bonnie were polite, professional, and personable. You get a real sense of caring the way they treat you and address your health concerns by speaking in layman's terms so you can actively do your part. These are the people you want on your medical team.
