Very much appreciated the Surgeon explaining the procedure of the hernia surgery. At the same time, he respected my timeline and opinion as a Canadian patient need to return home for the surgery by mid April.

Dr Miter explained my health issue and the needed surgical correction in great detail and was easy to understand. I'm very appreciative of the time Dr Miter and the staff took to ensure my understanding of and comfort with the care plan.

Nurse not sure of her name was exceptional she was very thorough and super easy to get along with Dr Miter was excellent he was factual and honest in fact we had made our decision about surgery to wait until we went North but we talked about it and we were able to get him back in room to have more conversation about getting it done through an associate he said yes and 5 minutes later the nurse had it all set up to see surgeon on Monday my appointment with Dr Miter was on Friday awesome stuff Thank you

I was impressed with the whole operation, and I have fairly high standards, and observe and appreciate good logistics. The result of this, is maintaining high confidence. Of course, most importantly is the outcome of the surgery, which ill take some time to identify completely. But confidence is high, at this time. Big Thank you to Dr Miter, OR team (but the only one I met was Amber), Anesthesia team (Dr [ ] and Burgess (tech)), Recovery/Discharge (Terry), and Pre-Op nurses & techs (Karen, Teri, and others ), and Registration (Anna)

The facilities is beautiful. Everybody was very friendly and professional. You could tell they cared about the outcome and me. I would recommend it in a minute.

The entire staff was really accommodating and welcoming! It was honestly the most pleasant visit I've ever had with a medical center. For the first time ever I felt that each person genuinely cared, from the receptionist to the doctor. Misty and Dr Miter stood out the most because I spent the majority of time with them.

Bonnie was a great physicians' assistant. Very pleasant and took the time to explain all instructions. I didn't feel rushed at all.Dr. Miter was great as well and appreciated his manner and taking the time to explain my situation and recommended procedure. Additionally, your Surgery Center is outstanding and very comfortable.

Dr. Miter and his entire staff were excellent his MA Ruben was very friendly and kind. Dana was extremely helpful and explaining my preop instructions and helping me get the note I needed. Misty was excellent and spent a lot of time with me and finding the best date for my surgery and explaining the whole process. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing a G.I. Surgeon.

Dr Miter is very caring,knowledgeable,concerned. Im very confident of the outcome since he did 2 hernia repairs last year with no complications. Highly recommended. His assistant was very helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable. Im happy to be part of Lee health care.
