The entire office staff were friendly, pleasant & helpful. I thought Ms. Mazzola was very professional and nice. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I feel I was in good hands with Dr. Abou-Lahoud as my surgeon and I will definitely recommend him. He also came in to visit before I left, which I greatly appreciated. I left feeling very positive about the outcome of my surgical procedure, which, admittedly, I was a little concerned about due to my age.

The nurse that did the prep before the procedures was excellent. I did not even feel the needle go in.

Yes the PA who took the stitches out was very concerned of not causing me anymore pain .

The girls at registration, the M.A.'s, and of course Sherry. She has been holding my hand through the entire process. I truly appreciate how fast she was able to get me my answers. Simply the Best!

I actually accepted a call while she was talking to me. Very rude, i know. She was very patient with me. She explained thinks very clearly during the visit. I had questions, and she had the answers!
