While I was staying in the hospital overnight, the daytime nurses made me feel so welcomed and didn't want me to leave.

The PA Robin was one of the best I have had in my 87 years. He gave a complete report and answered my questions in depth. He treated me with respect and never "talked down" to me. He assumed that I could understand his explanations, as I did.

Robin was thorough. He checked my incisions and inguinal repair. Listened to my recount of the 2 weeks since I had the surgery. Gave me directions for the next two weeks verbally and via paper, as well as pointed to MyChart for instructions. Thank you.

They made me feel like the most important person in the building. The most personal care I've received from the whole staff including the PA, Robin and the surgeon Dr [ ]. The whole atmosphere you've created brings the anxiety and worry way down. You feel safe and secure that you don't have to worry about anything while you're there.
