I don't feel he was engaging or took the time to explain the diagnosis of my son injury and grading it. I asked about follow up and he said it wasn't necessary and he was traveling in January. I asked about my son be cleared to return to sport he said send me a portal message and I will sign whatever you need. Very impersonal.

While he was explaining the diagnosis, he let me see the x-ray to have me better understand my current condition. Additionally, he provided recommendations to assist me with my healing process. Outstanding personality. I would request him again if needed and would definitely recommend him to someone else.

He was friendly and very personable. He answered my questions. He expressed concern because I live alone and said he would consult with his team about that. He also said I needed to return for yet another visit. I live a distance away and have to arrange for transportation, but the in person visit is mandatory. I was hoping for a surgery date instead of another visit.
