Dr Nikkel was very encouraging during this visit and getting me through this stage of my post-surgery knee replacement surgery. He thoroughly explained the problem of scar tissue building up inside the knee and the pain it is causing. He had me perform some exercises there in the exam room and will be monitoring me closely to ensure I heal properly. I appreciate all this, and his " pep talk" about this being a very difficult surgical recovery and that I'll make it through to the other side.
