Provider was patients and gave me time to answer and ask questions. She didn't rush my responses. She was friendly, respectful and reassuring to me as an elderly woman. You could tell she has experience with elderly patients and made me feel valued and not a bother because I some problems expressing my pain.

Ana Beard addressed my painful shoulder in a very thorough manner. She asked me a lot of questions gave me a physical exam and determined what would be the best route to alleviate my pain. She was very calming and congenial which definitely helped my nervousness with the cortisone shot.
