Kristen Venuti has been wonderful to work with. On this particular visit, however, we waited approximately 45 minutes to an hour to be seen, and no one informed us of the delay. When we saw the provider, we had not yet been seen by x-ray which should have been done first when we arrived. She apologized for the delay, but we thought it was unacceptable to have to wait that long without any information.

Kristen Venuti was so good with my son! She came into the room and immediately adjusted to his level.Asked questions he couldAnswer and made it fun for him to explain how he broke his arm.
