Dr. Thakkar is a kind, caring, patient, physician. He is always a polite gentleman. Most importantly, he explains things in great detail. Not every doctor does this.

He was honest, thorough, professional, and he seem d concerned. I came for a second opinion and he told me what I thought. I didn't need a hip replacement yet. He told me spine doctor may have said that because usually a hip replacement would heal faster and it would be better to get that done first and then have back surgery if it was needed. He also suggested that they may offer a nerve block where they burn the nerves. So he gave me a referral to spine doctor.
